Polar Bill, did you contact them via the customerfeedback email address or the ticket system? I haven't phoned the credit card company yet. If they are willing to sort it out rather quickly, then I'll wait. I've already unsubscribed as I was so annoyed with the company... Thanks.

Originally went through ticket system then lately through customer feedback. I had tickets merged and closed. Liam manually redeemed my voucher but it still didn't materialise. I messaged him 7 days in a row then gave up. A few days ago I messaged him again and by surprise got a voucher yesterday. Another appeared today! Originally Tesco wouldn't accept either of my 2 vouchers but when I checked them on line one had £10 on it and the other had nil. I managed to redeem the one with £10. I now have 2 with £10 on each so hopefully I will get them both. I feel I earned this with at least 30 e-mails. I had applied to my credit card company 12 days ago for chargeback. They took details but I heard nothing in 12 days. I will unsubscribe as soon as I am happy with the outcome.

Your Andrew has said you are refunding my purchase. Would you like to tell him please that I bought a £10 Tesco gift card and that is what I want. I am starting to wonder whether the few doubters on here might be right. I would have thought this forum gives you the opportunity to prove you can sort things out when things go wrong. Can you try again please and get my £10 Tesco gift card, loaded this time, to me.
Mighty Deals rep, can you please look into this for me, I've still not received my £10 Tesco gift card.

Large numbers of people have had problems with this - and with Mighty Deals.

There are a couple of threads on it - but the lesson to learn is never, ever, under any circumstances, pay any money to Mighty Deals.

Hot UK Deals have banned Mighty Deals because of problems with them. It amazes me that Moneysavingexpert still allows them to be promoted - presumably MSE is making money out of it, but it doesn't leave a positive impression of MSE, knowing the background.

Finally today redeemed 2 x £10 vouchers (per household) at Tesco. Along with one of the original vouchers, which was refused by Tesco initially, but redeemed on line later, after I raised my Query, I now have closure. Now to UNSUBSCRIBE from MIGHTY DEALS. Hope others learn from this to AVOID MIGHTY DEALS and be free from the hassle.

Good for you on the multiple vouchers!

I bet MD have lots of un-subscribing to do now!

I already did this. Liam said you have no Tesco gift cards left, which tells me you sold me something you didn't have to sell. In these circumstances a £10 refund to my payment card is the only way you can put this right, as well as a gesture of goodwill for the hassle caused.

Unfortunately I think that's exactly what happened. They sold far more than they were able to fulfil, because they did not limit the number. Instead of admitting this and apologising, they have fobbed their customers off repeatedly. It's not acceptable. I wish there were more I could do to warn others about this company. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced - at least seven separate attempts to contact them over two months, and not one relevant reply. I suspect they're hoping we'll all just give up and be quiet now.
