2 Does MoneyExpert Ltd have a strong enough cashflow (leaving aside the help it's getting from 'funny' deals like this one) to survive the damaging publicity it's now getting?

I urge everyone not to bother waiting for a refund from Mighty Deals, it's not going to happen. Go to your banks/Paypal/Credit Card company and request a chargeback, I did yesterday they gave me a number to phone Visa and they gave me my £5 back within 24hrs.
No-one should let this go, it's annoying but don't let Mighty Deals keep your money. When this has all settled down get your account deleted and stick to GROUPON at least they deliver what they promise.0 -

Just rang my credit card company and started chargeback procedure. Only knew to do that thanks to the comments on this forum. I also phoned the number that appeared by the entry on the credit card statement. It was the Mighty Deals accounts department and shouldn't have appeared on people's statements. They said they would pass on my complaint and someone would get back to me but doubt they will.0 -

Spoke to Watchdog had a very interesting conversation. Looks like Mighty Deals won't be so Mighty for long.0
