I am hoping by posting on here the Rep might help resolve my problem. I printed my '£10' Tesco gift card out and took it to Tesco tonight and it has a zero balance. This is the second one they sent, following their error where they sent everyone the same gift card so I expected this to work. I was embarrassed, as you can imagine. Please can you sort this out quickly for me?

I'm afraid Shirley that the chances of MightyDeals sorting it out quickly are slim to none, and slim just left town.

Just received this. Hopefully it means every one will finally get their refund

    Good afternoon,

I am writing to confirm that we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for the money to reach your Mighty Deals account.

As a result of this we have also closed your ticket enquiry.

Thank you for shopping with Mighty Deals

    Kind regards

    Mighty Deals

This message sent out to everyone but haven't heard of anyone getting a refund.

I had the same nil balance and was also embarrassed. They said they weren't accepting them.

Got the need more evidence to verify your review on trustpilot - supplied 3 screenshots and their still need happy!
Untustpilot is what I call them now.

Untustpilot is what I call them now.

Exactly the same with me - they haven't got back to me or reinstated my review, despite providing 4 different pieces of supporting evidence.
Trustpilot are really bringing themselves down and ruining their own reputation because of Mighty Deals. The relationship must be worth a great deal of money to them? Very incestuous 😁

Had my review on TrustPilot censored but provided proof of purchase and they verified & said they had reinstated it.

Followed the link to view provided to TrustPilot and see loads of 5* write-ups for MightyDeals 'hoping they win the phone, 'will I be lucky', when do we find out who wins the phone' - no review of the company but all verified customers. Gave up trying to scroll back to see my review.

Surely that can't be legal? :naughty:

Just had yet another e-mail from Mighty Deals. They are looking into my enquiry (yet again). When will this ever end? I just want to un-subscribe and be rid of these sharks for good.

That's more than I'm getting. I keep re-opening my ticket and it has now been closed without response 3 times in a row.

Seems TrustPilot have been getting away with it for years

They do have to be able to verify reviews otherwise people who are upset with the service could easily leave multiple negative reviews which would be unfair.

I personally had no problem verifying my TrustPilot review and it is now visible on the site again. If anybody wants to see the email and screenshots that I sent to TP to get this done, please message me and I will be more than happy to try to assist by email.

I did ask in my email though how they go about verifying the high number of suspiciously positive reviews that have suddenly appeared but got no answer - perhaps we should all be reporting these to the teams for verification rather than sitting back and complaining about them?

Realistically though, if you visit a site like that, how much attention do you pay to the 'good' reviews? When I go to a review site, I'm looking for what went wrong, and MightyDeals' page is now splattered with examples of horrendous customer service which should be enough to put any sensible buyer off.
