I have to say, this is probably the most time and effort I have invested in "earning" £5.

But I must say, It's been fun and an absolute blast making sure MightyDeals doesn't get away with it!

Oh yes, and I have just checked my MIGHTYCASH account and I have not received my £5 compensatory MightyCash!!!! :(

I vaguely remember there being a link in a previous email that you had to click on to get it. I never bothered clicking as I have absolutely no intention of doing any sort of business with them ever again whether it's real or 'mighty' cash.

Funniest thing ever in the email they sent:

"We wish to reassure you that we have your best interests at heart and confirm you will get your refund from Worldpay plus £5 Mightycash from us as a small token of the inconvenience you have been subjected to."

As if anyone would be stupid enough to spend the £5 and deal with these idiots ever again !!!:rotfl:

If Caroline/Russell are real, I certainly don't envy them right now!

They seem to be real enough:

but quite why they would be 'tasked' by MD to respond on the issues will no doubt be interesting to hear about.

Another 45 minutes to go and then the 24 hours is up and still no e-mail with a usable voucher!

Hmm.... Still waiting and nothing is happening! Why am I not surprised? It is not about the money as much now. It is about justice.

Well those email addresses were just another fob off. I emailed Caroline and this is the AUTOMATED response I got, so I wouldn't bother emailing them.

"Thank you for your email to Worldpay. We understand your email relates to one or more purchases you made from Mighty Deals Limited and/or House & Home Care Limited using a credit or debit card. We also understand that you are seeking a refund of these purchases from one or both of these companies.

We are aware that there has regrettably been a delay in the processing of certain refunds to cardholders who have sought refunds from these businesses. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment specifically in response to your enquiry to us. We can however confirm that we have been working with the businesses to support the processing of a number of refunds to cardholders as soon as possible.

We appreciate this will be a frustrating situation and are conscious that you are being given mixed messages as to who you should contact regarding your refund. We can only express our regret and assure you we are working to help to resolve issues as quickly as possible. If you have purchased goods or services from the Mighty Deals and / or House & Home Care businesses, you will need to contact them directly with any enquiries you have in relation to purchases or refunds from them."

    Thank you for your patience.

    Yours sincerely,

    Worldpay

Just received this. Hopefully it means every one will finally get their refund

    Good afternoon,

I am writing to confirm that we have processed your refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for the money to reach your Mighty Deals account.

As a result of this we have also closed your ticket enquiry.

Thank you for shopping with Mighty Deals

    Kind regards

    Mighty Deals

I am hoping by posting on here the Rep might help resolve my problem. I printed my '£10' Tesco gift card out and took it to Tesco tonight and it has a zero balance. This is the second one they sent, following their error where they sent everyone the same gift card so I expected this to work. I was embarrassed, as you can imagine. Please can you sort this out quickly for me?
