The only responses I have received from Mightydeals has been from "Alex". Each one telling me that my complaints have been merged. The reply has always been almost instantaneous indicating that "Alex" is an automated system and that none of my complaints have actually been looked at.

I agree entirely. All I want is what is mine! Gift cards that work or my money back. Avoid this company. What a load of sharks.

Thought i was the only one with this problem, still waiting for £15 in refunds, and £5 chargeback, is it really worth it over £5? bank having a record of the chargeback etc

These f**kers have charged my credit card five times (£25 in total) and have been holding onto my cash since 23 April.

At time of order, I kept getting an error message so kept on trying without success. The next day I notice my credit card has been charged by £25.

I inform these w**kers (in late April) I only ever meant to place one order, but it has gone through five times due to the error I kept getting. They say no problem - four of the orders will be cancelled and £20 refunded to my credit card within 10 days.

Two weeks pass, and still no refund. I then receive an email from them saying this offer was limited to two per household and as I had breached this, my whole order would be cancelled and £25 refunded to my card within 7-10 days.

Still no sign of the refund, just their stupid deals newsletter into my inbox everyday.

Looks like chargeback is the only option of getting my money back.

Just had an e-mail from Liam at customer support. He says My voucher has been manually redeemed and I will receive an e-mail in 24 hours. We shall see. They have had 2 lots of £5. He said the case is deemed solved and closed it.

Absolutely. Imagine how much money they'll make if we all had that attitude and just let them keep our £5.

They are relying on our apathy, ripping people off, refusing to refund, refusing to reply to any support tickets or complaints, reporting and attempting to remove any negative reviews on Trustpilot and just hoping we all get bored and go away.

Oh wow. Just got another email!
    Good Afternoon,

Following your recent Tesco Voucher refund request, we can confirm that your refund has been processed in full and should now be visible in the account that you originally used to purchase the deal.

We thank you for your custom and hope that you will enjoy shopping with us again.

    Many Thanks

Yea, there's nothing in my account.

Submitted tickets from 2 accounts for a refund, both refund confirmations came through at 6pm (maybe linked the 2 cases)

Emailing them about my third account now, no chargeback hopefully, obviously refund hasn't cleared yet

Have also received the refund confirmation "money is in your account" email.

Have also not received any refund in my bank account.

Tired of their lies and stalling tactics. I am carrying on with the chargeback as I cannot believe a single word of these fraudsters' lies.

I urge anyone else thinking of issuing a chargeback or claiming money back through paypal to go ahead with it. If you keep hanging on for "Mighty" Deals to refund you, you could be strung along ad infinitum.

Exactly. And ripping 1000 people off £5 each is the same net effect as ripping one person off £5000 - nobody would stand for that, they would be in court. Just because it's small amounts per person they are getting away with this, and that's not right. I don't think we should be letting this go easily.

unbelievable - they are now sending out generic emails to everybody in response to peoples 'zendesk' queries saying refunds have been processed when they have not been

If I had any doubt this was just imcompetance rather than a deliberate scam that last email just removed it

I really hope this company is shut down either thru bankrupty or by trading standards asap
