WOW miketaf1408. Is that for real? I am gobsmacked! Also very disgruntled with Mighty Deals awaiting 2 x £5 refunds. Never dealing with them again. Would the MD like to comment?0

I suggest that probably someone has added a fake review to go alongside all the seemingly fake positive five star reviews. :rotfl:0 -

Two weeks no refund
One week no reply to any of our emails regarding said refund
Reported Mighty Deals to Credit Card Company this morning and guess what - my partner just received this!!!
"Apologies for the delay in responding to your latest correspondence.
Having investigated your query I see your refund has been processed at our end but we have recently change our payment system which has caused a technical problem which is out of our control where the refund may not have been released.
I can confirm your refund has been processed by ourselves and our payment gateway provider are investigating the situation and are confident of a speedy resolution so you are finally able to receive your refund.
Thank you
Regards
Liam"
It appears that they will hope that you forget to claim back your £5 or can't be bothered for this amount ............ just think of all the profit they make if that happens - make sure it doesn't
So on top of accusing us of being fraudulent, wasting our time with emails they now want to keep our money!!
I have unsubscribed my account, contacted them and told them to remove my account otherwise I would reporting them for harassment, also marked emails as junk just to be sure and fingers crossed no emails for two whole days and have just tried to log in and it no longer works - success :T0 -

blaming everyone else again. Not their fault, its their gateway providers problem...blah blah blah.
Carry on with a chargeback through your credit/debit card provider. Or you could be hanging on forever.0 -
If any one tries to get their cash back via lloyds bank chargeback I tried and gave up Indian call centre just to much hard work I am sure that you know what I mean0

The same happened to me with my bank - very frustrating - 30 wasted minutes but then found a UK phone number on 'saynoto0870' and it was so much easier!!0 -
I tried to redeem using the voucher code. I got the "Voucher successfully redeemed" email but I did not get the voucher email. I submitted a complaint ticket 10 days ago and got no reply. I emailed customer services and got no reply.
Today I submitted a second complaint ticket. I got 2 emails within minutes saying that one had been closed and merged into the other. The moneyexpert.zendesk.com site says the ticket was closed by Alex. The speed of the reply suggests that it was fully automated.
So it has been another 10 days and there is still no way of getting a response from Mightydeals.
With a claimed 100,000 sales Mightydeals have half a million pounds of customers money and there is no way of knowing how many have actually received their voucher.0
