In short I've waited since 22 April
Link finally arrived but had issues getting my voucher using the security code
Finally managed to be sent PDF of voucher and printed it
Got paid went into my local Tesco express armed with a heavy basket total cost £21.03 to find voucher scanned but it showed £0.00 redemption
    Cashier tried several times
Manager came told me to call number on voucher spoke to Kyle at Tesco who said they'd experienced a lot of issues and he had an email address we had to contact as they didn't provide voucher
May I add I am waiting surgical assessment in my back and thus caused massive strain waiting only to have to put 90% of my much needed items back never mind the embarrassment
I have purchased once before an ECARD from mighty desks and never had an issue however this has been a total fiasco from start to finish
I'd like you to either send me a new voucher ready to use (this whole event has taken in excess of a month and an hour of my time today). Or refund me £5 paid and £5 compensation so at least I can complete my shop immediately
I am far from impressed and will also be contacting Martin Lewis from money expert in regard to this sham

I couldn't agree more with you. The whole thing is a sham. I had the embarrassment this morning at Tesco when I tried to use the 2 cards per household that I had legitimately purchased in accordance with their terms and conditions. Mighty Deals need naming and shaming. I for one will not be dealing with them again. If and when I get my money back I will un-subscribe from their E-mails.

Thought I'd just check hubby's voucher again using the online checker before trying to use it instore over the weekend and despite it saying it had £10 on it when he received it, it now stated the information I was entering was invalid, which I thought was odd. I also have a voucher which said the same thing from the start. I was checking the codes using my iPad , so thought I'd check on the laptop, where I had originally checked hubby's, and low and behold, they both show £10 on them, so i just used them both on Tesco Direct with no problems, I still didn't want to risk trying to use then instore.

Maybe something to check if you're checking your balances on a tablet.

You are lucky. I checked mine on line and one had £10, the other £nil. I tried the one with £10 at Tesco Direct and it said invalid code. I ordered goods at £12.50 anyway and then e-mailed them to get the £10 back. We shall see what happens.

    Yep. received the same.

This company is farcical. Do they really expect us to believe that?

This company has had nothing but excuses from day one. I really hope that this farce will put people off from ever using them again.

You can spend your Tesco digital gift card online at tesco.com

Just select the gift card payment option and enter your 19 digit card number at the online checkout.

You will also need to enter your PIN

    To Spend in store

Simply print out your digital gift card and present it at the till

  • After several requests finally received the Redempton Code on 19 May, but have yet to receive the Voucher which was supposed to be emailed after 48 hours, so yet again more e-mails.

Lucky you! I had the same E-mail and voucher and my Son also but they refused them saying the Manager knows nothing about them. This was a large Tesco Extra store. I checked the balance on line. One came up as £10, the other as £nil. What a fiasco. I will be deleting Mighty Deals If and when I get this sorted. They are a joke and I can get the same products at a fair price without the hassle they create.

Phew Finally got my voucher printed out and checked the balance, fortunately it stated £10. Just been and spent it in store.

Hope everyone is able to get sorted. Off to delete Mightydeals account and block their emails.
