Mine was received as promised, used for a purchase on Tesco online yesterday, all went through seamlessly. Must be one of the lucky ones, I suppose!
Good luck to all!0 -

Nope. Nothing at all under tickets, so appears as though it has simply been closed.
Still no email response or refund either, but still getting plenty of marketing emails despite allegedly unsubscribing!0 -
Latest 'reply' from the 'customerfeedback' email address:I have received confirmation that you unsubscribed from the email system after purchasing your voucher for Tesco. I can also confirm that your £5.00 was refunded on 13/5/2015.
If you have any further issues regarding this inquiry please contact them direct by using the “ Contact us “ tab on the Mighty Deals Website, or via your Mighty Deals account.

Certainly, some companies seem to enjoy sending customers around in circles that seem to be never- ending.

I emailed on 13th.
Thought I had a response today, but only an email saying they would be replying to my email!!!0 -
Was refunded the other day with no other notification. Only had the one account. Support ticket hasn't even been assigned to a representative. Now I've started to receive daily spammy emails even though all the checkboxes under My Preferences are all blank.
Just sent an email to customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk as well.

This whole thing is ridiculous, all mine cancelled due to more than2 per household which I NEVER remember seeing in the original terms and conditions but are there now.
After contacting them several times no response, in fact they closed my query saying it was resolved when they had not even replied, when I reopened it and questioned why they had closed it, they did exactly the same thing. I will be closing my account once this is resolved, not the first issue I've had with them.
Email send I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. Guess what 7 days up and no refund and no response from them. They are a useless company. STAY CLEAR.
I will be contacting WATCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARDS. Also sent an email to the CEO but doubt I will get a reply, he is probably inundated with the same thing.0 -
Any idea how you actually go about closing your account? I can't even find an unsubscribe link - just tried unticking the choices for emails but when i look again it's reticked itself. No wonder we all keep getting their junk!
I did eventually receive the correct code which I used online and today I have collected the goods without any further problems. But I would never buy from them again and can't see how to rid myself of the connection.0 -
Not sure how to close the account. but will get them to close it, that's if I get an answer !!!0

I received the code on the 15th and printed out my voucher. Went to use it today and balance is zero. Unable to access my balance through the tesco gift card balance site.
Sent email and been told they are very busy
My gift card has a zero balance too, as I found out today at Tesco after several staff members tried to get it to work.
What a shambles; will not be using MD again. :mad:0
