I was away on holiday till 14th May. I was nearly reeled in by the E-mail stating you need to spend £10 at mighty deals or your order may be cancelled. Also another offer, which at a quick glance looked connected, appeared asking you to spend £20 with mighty deals for £10 gift card at Tesco. I received 2 gift cards as one was ordered through Hush Hush which I had un-subscribed to before the deal was live. It did say 2 per household so I assumed I had done nothing wrong. I haven't redeemed them yet but will see what happens on Friday.

Finally had an email saying I will get a refund in 7/10 days which was "processed" on 13/5/2105 even though I "unsubscribed on 1/5/15. Will be monitoring that closely as TBH everything coming from this company's mouth is a pack of lies. Will start chargeback proceedings if nothing appears

I didn't get the deal because I unsubscribed from Mightydeals (I didn't). I have had multiple emails from then offering more deals (as if I would!) over the last few days. So can't quite work that one out.

    What a bunch of cowboys.

Mailed cusomerfeedback 4 days ago - no response. Raised 4 tickets through my account (which still exists even though I supposedly closed my account).
    All of these ignored.
Promised money would be returned to my account in 5-7 days; that was 8 days ago.

Actually they don't. considering most of us want to know when we are getting our money, which you have kept for over a month refunded, perhaps it would be easier if you answered on here. Thanks

Received a reply today from customer services, can expect refund in 7 - 10 days. So now 5 - 7 days has become 7 - 10 days. I do love a bit of consistency.

Accused of unsubscribing from emails when I didn't and am still receiving marketing emails. Email promised a refund within 5-7 days, this was 8 days ago.

Had no response yet to ticket sent several days ago.

Still no refund, still no response. They've had my money for over a month now. Absolute joke.
