MSE - you will have to update your article again I'm afraid. They lied - again. Not everyone has their voucher.

Invalid code, have raised a ticket yet the ticket is not showing in my account.
  • It's 7 days and still not had partners refund credited back!
Has anyone received a refund on a card (rather than those who paid by Paypal and reported non payment)

Md do not answer customer service emails - this is becoming quite ridiculous and time wasting. Do they reckon that people just won't pursue for £5?

All customers now have their Tesco redemption email.

Not true, I received a refund instead of the voucher I purchased and should have received. Got an email today with offers from MD despite being told I unsubscribed, hence wasn't eligible for the Tesco offer. So I repeat my earlier statement: What a rinky dink company.

    Me too!

And, in their latest response to my ongoing ticket with them, they can't find my email address (which they are responding to me on and which my account is set up under and which receive MD Marketing email this morning):

    from their email:

Unfortunately I am unable to trace you on our system.
    and
Also please confirm the email address you used to process the order, as I am unable to trace using the one you have provided.
I do already have my refund, having raised a Paypal ticket (albeit in which, as resolution, I asked for re-instatement of my deal, rather than a refund).

As it felt like tainted money due to all the nonesense that has gone on, in turn I have donated the refund to charity who will hopefully put it to good use, even though only a small amount (and also challenged MD to match it with a similar donation).

Why am I bothering to still write? To ensure other MSE users are alerted to the fact that, whilst some members have now had their deal honoured, others of us, who only registered with one account and only made one purchase of the deal, didn't, and then when we tried to have it re-instated, faced ongoing difficulties, and in some cases, a refund through Paypal with no dialogue from MD regarding the fact we were not asking for refund but rather re-instatement. And now, as quoted above, some of us have also received Marketing emails today, which we had allegedly unsubscribed from and which caused this whole issue in the first instance.

In summary, based on above, in my book, no re-instatement, no satisfactory resolution communication, no apology means poor customer service.

Have tried this. Didn't work. You just sent me a stock email saying everyone has their voucher. You haven't had the decency to reply to me personally.

My Trustpilot review now has a reply from you which says I did not get a voucher because I unsubscribed. Utter rubbish. I did nothing of the sort, and as previous posters have said, I am still receiving junk emails from you offering more of your (not so) "mighty" deals.

My personal feeling is that you were completely unprepared for the volume of demand and have decided to thin down the numbers of purchasers by making up spurious reasons for cancelling - multiple accounts, unsubscribing etc. you can see from the posts on here that multiple persons were cancelled when they had breached none of these conditions (which weren't in the original T&C's anyway)

And the people who you have let down by cancelling, shamefully there does not appear to be any sign of their refunds either.

I have lost all faith in review companies as it would appear you are challenging all negative reviews on Trustpilot. It cannot be a fair system
that the company being reviewed can pick out all the bad reviews. I have emailed Trustpilot to complain, urging them to reinstate reviews so that people can get a proper picture of your shambolic company.

Isn't one of the big lessons learned from this thread (apart from the obvious one that Mighty Deals are about as reliable as Nigel Farrage's resignation promises) that another company you should never, ever trust is.......Trustpilot!
