The bad - the deal kept changing they looked like they were welching, had the threatening emails re buy more stuff or your purchase will be reversed. I don't have more than one account. Also received one duff code, one valid code in quick succession and have successfully redeemed at Tesco. Mind you when I've tried to buy goods with Mighty Deals often failed, bizarre as its hard to actually buy stuff off them!!!
The inbetween - MSE make clear they're nothing to do with them and past service issues indicate service levels patchy - I went in eyes open - and took a punt. Also we all know with p&p added back on some of the deals are hardly deals at all.
The good - over past two years via MSE I have used the £20 for £10 Shell, £10 for £5 Debenhams and the £10 for £5 Argos vouchers before this one on Tesco. They've all been delivered and all worked, albeit with a bit of faffing.
My take - the deals are genuine, they are a genuine company but their systems ropey and they can't cope with volume often.0 -
I had the infamous same voucher on Friday as everyone seems to. I then recieved another email on Saturday with another code. Checked the balance online and on the phone and there's no balance. Raised 3 tickets with them, have yet to hear anything yet
To the Mighty Deals rep on here - if you have said that everyone who has bought one of these cards should have recieved it by now, what happens if it is an invalid voucher?0 -
Took your advise Lisbon and just rang the balance check number, and get the message saying the voucher code I entered is invalid. ��0

There may be some hope for some of us, as I have got my voucher and (I think) spent it successfully. I did not get an email but after seeing this thread checked my account and the redemption code was there. I followed the advice on this thread from post #222 (thanks IzzeyB) and got my PDF voucher within minutes. I spent the voucher today on Tesco Direct, the £10 reduction was applied at the checkout and I have received email confirmation my order will be ready on Wednesday. So fingers crossed all is OK, I will let you know if I have any issues when I collect my order.0

As others have said, this statement (in italics above) is completely untrue!
We have a one remaining order live with MD for this and have had nothing for it - no email, no cancellation, and worst, when I log in it states I have 'no deals'. Though if I raise a ticket it immediately lists the Tesco deal.
Mighty Deals - your website is broken, your email system is broken, your customer service is broken - and your deals are such a long way from 'mighty' that you are now laugh-out-loud laughing stock.0 -

Utter rubbish. I have not received the email. The so called "deal" has disappeared from my account. I am not one of those who received a cancellation notice either.
Received an Email promising I would get the voucher by the end of the day from their "customer services". Nothing.
Have left the feedback they deserve on Trustpilot, but they appear to be challenging all negative feedback they receive.
Truly awful company, will fight for my voucher or my £5 back. They are NOT getting away with it.0
