No voucher, despite three tickets and several emails sent!
And, for a different and cancelled (by them) order, no refund either!
They really are the most incompetent outfit - and I don't believe anything they say.0 -

So I'm not alone! I was told I'd unsubscribed, told I'd be refunded, then told I'd get my redemption link on 15th, but it never came. I tried replying to the ticket, but don't think my emails got anywhere, so I tried again through the site and once again using the email the rep gave above today.
I don't think I would trust them to send me a refund in 7-10 days without a little pressure, so if I don't get a code today I'm going back through PayPal.Keep reading books!

I received the code on the 15th and printed out my voucher. Went to use it today and balance is zero. Unable to access my balance through the tesco gift card balance site.
Sent email and been told they are very busy0 -

Just had a marketing E-mail and there is an offer for owl earrings now at £3.99 and in there words worth £0.00!! That sounds about right.0

I have checked the tickets that I had raised with mighty deals and they have all been closed without correspondence. I haven't received any email even though the apparent rep on here gave the customer service email address. It's like they are trying to wash their hands of the situation now by not replying to anyone.0

A response - at last from the very busy Liam. So I un-subscribed at the same time as buying the deal. Lies, lies, lies.
I still have an account.
My account says no e-mails.
I get e-mails several times a day.
Money was refunded on 13/05/2015 - due in 5-7 working days (so tomorrow is the last possible day).
Credit card company say charge back can only be applied for after 30 days.

Has anyone had a refund of their £5 yet?
My order was cancelled even though I complied with the original T&Cs, and has also disappeared from the "MyDeals" section on the mightydeals website.
I received the email cancelling my order on 12th May "We have refunded your card in full. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your refund to clear"
It has now been 9 days and still no refund!0
