It does make you wonder if something's wrong with TrustPilot's system when the page looks like this!

I still have an account.
My account says no e-mails.
I get e-mails several times a day.
Money was refunded on 13/05/2015 - due in 5-7 working days (so tomorrow is the last possible day).
Credit card company say charge back can only be applied for after 30 days.

I got a reply today from Liam as well. Only new or loyal customers get the deal. As I unsubscribed(!) then I don't get the deal. I was refunded on 13/5/2015 also and as the money was sent by carrier pigeon it will take 5-7 working days as well.
Once we have received our refunds, or should I say once we have applied our chargebacks, then the question is maybe how do we actually unsubscribe for real and stop the barrage of emails?
One thought was to completely change the details on your account?
I am not going to do this until I have received my money back, but perhaps I could tick to subscribe to ALL the junk mails then change the email address on my account to:
customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk
and then they can get bombarded with all the junk. (probably won't work, I know!)
And maybe change my name & address on the account to:
Neil Campbell
Craven House
Station Approach
Godalming
GU7 1EX
(thats where the cowboys work!)0 -
Checked my account today and the email box in the preferences tab is unticked (as are all the other boxes), suggesting that I should no longer be receiving marketing emails - and yet I'm still being flooded with them.
Still no refund or explanation, and my TrustPilot honest and factual review has been reported to the Compliance Team.
I think I'll do as suggested and send the junk mail to them instead - does anyone know the big boss' email address?!0 -

!
I have no Trust in Truspilot. It appears that as long as you pay your money to be a registered business on their site, you can have all the bad feedback weeded out by the "compliance team"
The bad reviews for Mightydeals rolled in thick and fast from when their !!!!-ups started last friday, yet despite many 1/5 star reviews their overall score has only dropped from 7.1 to 7.0.
I can only imagine what it would be if all the bad reviews were reinstated. I have yet to see one being reinstated. They are all still "under review" - mind you, there are so many of them, it may take a few weeks to work through them.
Is there a review website where we can review trust pilot?0 -
This whole thing is ridiculous, all mine cancelled due to more than2 per household which I NEVER remember seeing in the original terms and conditions but are there now.
After contacting them several times no response, in fact they closed my query saying it was resolved when they had not even replied, when I reopened it and questioned why they had closed it, they did exactly the same thing. I will be closing my account once this is resolved, not the first issue I've had with them.
Email send I would receive a refund in 5-7 days. Guess what 7 days up and no refund and no response from them. They are a useless company. STAY CLEAR.
I will be contacting WATCHDOG AND TRADING STANDARDS. Also sent an email to the CEO but doubt I will get a reply, he is probably inundated with the same thing.
It was in the terms and conditions originally, but when I checked as I had applied for 2 and only received 1, I had trouble finding it, so I can understand how it was missed. Indeed it may have "disappeared" some of the time. I did get 2 gift cards and tomorrow, fingers crossed, I will see if I can redeem them. The whole process of anything to do with Mighty Deals is challenging and the good prices are let down by the high postage costs which are a deal breaker for me.0 -
So on top of all the other issues - we are now on day 11 after we were told we had been refunded but guess what - nothing?
So on top of all the other lies Mighty Deals haven't given us our money back.
And yes Trustpilot are definitely in cahoots with Mighty Deals - I noticed the review score hardly moves even considering the poor reviews that do get on, never mind the ones that don't.
Anyone that uses them now frankly needs their head examining !!0 -
Had an email from Trustpilot today asking me to provide an invoice to prove I actually purchased from Mighty Deals, smart really seeing as the invoice provided by Mighty Deals is a joke. Still provided them with copies of emails and the invoice, see if my review is now reinstated. Incidentally, day 9 and still no refund.
If you want to see something really funny go check out Trustpilot reviews on the Trustpilot website. Extremely telling.0 -
Hmm... Just back from Tesco Extra, St Neots and guess what? 2 gift cards not accepted. Manager has not heard of the offers and they are not accepting them. Mighty deals have breached their terms and conditions as 2 vouchers per household were allowed. This doesn't end here. I will be taking it further and I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM MIGHTY DEALS. I will be UN-SUBSCRIBING as soon as this issue is resolved.
How would the MIGHTY DEALS poster on this site like to comment?0 -
How do you actually do a chargeback?
I paid with debit card, and still have't had a refund.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
