Too busy getting trustpilot reviews removed and creating fake 5 star reviews.
Tried to complain about them to Truspilot but never heard back. They are quick enough to pull any reviews at the say so of Mightydeals. Can't Trustpilot see that the vast number of reviews that are being questioned? Surely there can't be that big a conspiracy that everyone is giving mighty deals a fake 1* review? Can't they see that Mightydeals are getting 1* reviews BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT!!!
I used to take notice of review sites, but this incident has opened my eyes to the truer picture.
Even on topcashback, the default setting for their reviews is to show all the highest rated reviews first. So if you don't notice the drop down box, the reviews for mighty deals seem mightily impressive! But if you click on recent reviews, the real picture can be seen!0 -
Like others - no refund & no replys to emails
they are still happy to spam me with deals emails even though I unsubscribed from them
Ive filled out & posted off a chargeback form with barclaycard now
Annoyingly I couldnt get the barclaycard online form to print off (tried 4 different browsers) so I had to wait for them to send one in the post
You'd have to be mad to buy something from this company again
Even if you continue to risk it & pay with paypal making the chargeback process easier Ive heard that paypal only allows you so many chargeback before your account gets flagged so its just not worth it0 -
Have just telephoned bank and started the chargeback process. Have to wait for dispute team to get back to me next week as they are not there on weekends.
No worries though, I can wait. I've waited since 24th April, so a few more days will not matter0 -
Daughter got a reply to her email asking where her refund was.
Reply was short but not so sweet.

Still no refund or useable gift cards. Just had an e-mail from Alex at customer services. He has merged and closed my last 2 requests and asked for a comment! What a joke this is and my Son and I are still down £5 each. I will NEVER deal with this company ever again.0

The only responses I have received from Mightydeals has been from "Alex". Each one telling me that my complaints have been merged. The reply has always been almost instantaneous indicating that "Alex" is an automated system and that none of my complaints have actually been looked at.0
