Tax Credits Renewals - 2015

I was told I would have a payment put in tomorrow. I ve not received award yet, so will check online banking to make sure it goes in. Then I will know for definate renewal is complete. After being told twice before it had been completed I am a little skeptical.

Hi... I renewed online on 17th June, and received the usual confirmation text saying it will take up to 8 weeks to process but confirmed receipt. I still not recieved a final award yet... But I keep on texting text messages from HMRC telling me to renew by 31st July. Does anyone know is this because it has still not processed or have they actually not received it? Thanks ��

15th week and now the NES team at HMRC are attempting to deal with. In their own words " a lot of mess when it is very basic"
Concentrix also reduced my sons nursery fees as they went from last April and said I didn't provide with information for those dates. The best but is, he didn't start nursery until August 2014.

I feel this company is absolutely shocking. One day you speak to one person and feel you are getting somewhere then you call back and it's no further on. I'm just hoping it's resolved as I'm being very underpaid and I'm also owed monies from the last award.

Honestly, I've never been on the phone so much. It's ridiculous

I have just Been on the phone to hmrc AS my renewal is already in their hands since more than 10 Weeks. The lady has told me that the renewal is with the head office AS they are doing some additional checks. I dont need to provide any proofs. What are this checks all about?
Does anyone know?

'Head office' seems to be Concentrix. Their telephone number is 0345 600 3130.

I have no Problem when they check it but 12 Weeks is a long time!


And Fürther to this my child care costs have Been wrongly tipped in by an advisor (i updated them 2.5weeks ago and got a New award nptice with RhE wrong amount).i amended the costs today but the lady in the phone didnt ASK me from when in this change occured (i only told her that Theres a wrong amount in the award notice)! So i guess i wont get any backdated payment for this?

I dont think its concenteix because she said no letters have Been sent and no action is required from my side

Thanks! I hope they did. Because she only said "i changed it" i asked her if i will receive a New award notice and she said "yes" that was it.

I have just phoned again to make sure the change if child care was amended for the right costs to the right time!

A very nice man has told me then that my renewal is still not processed because of the massive work amount. Nothing is Holding up my renewal and that they have all the required information! So lets See!

I have received my final tax credits decision letter today. It seems they paid the correct amount and I don't owe them anything (thank goodness).
