I will wait until Wednesday as this will be 12 weeks , maybe just ask for an update or should I just not bother ?????? Don't want to keep on but I think 12 weeks without any response or correspondence etc is a long time.

I renewed online at the end of April and received a text message from HMRC on 01 May 2015 stating that my renewal had been received and would be processed within 8 weeks. It’s now 11 weeks yet I still haven’t heard anything so I phoned HMRC this morning and spoke to a helpful lady. They stated that my claim had been passed to ‘head office’ to look at it but there had been no new notes on their system since. They said I could call ‘head office’ (the phone number turns out to be the number for Concentrix) but my claim would be processed in due course and if I haven’t received anything from them by now asking for more information, it’s unlikely that I will do. It’s not too pressing for us because I think our payments will be around the same (possibly slightly more) but it is frustrating how long it’s taken.

From the other posts on this thread, it is reassuring to know that there are others in the same boat.

Ive not been told anything about Conncentrix. I have had 9 conversations with them with various different outcomes lol. I will ring on Wednesday which will be 12th week. I have heard a lady on here say she waited 17 weeks !!!!!! Its good to know im not the only one. I hope we hear soon. Let us all no how each of you get on.

Update on mine, week 12 and HMRC are awaiting concentrix information which I sent more than 6 weeks ago. It's been escalated with HMRC but I called concentrix yesterday and spoke to a manager who assured me he would call the sorting office and get my info on the system this week.

He said it has been far too long and acknowledges it's their fault. I just don't get how they can't ring the nursery and check if it's just info they are waiting for.

I'm praying it's sorted as it's so monotonous with the calls etc

Donna just call and ask to speak to a supervisor as it may have to be escalated. They say they aim to call back within 3 weeks. I'm not sure if this is standard though, Blondebubbles or Icequeen may know more :)

Is that a landline or a mobile phone?
