I'm on week 8 also not been asked for extra information .
I've asked them is there anything I can send in and they said no . So in the same boat as u .

Thankyou, well my 10 week renewal time they gave me is up monday, do you think it will be done by then? It's just frustrating because you feel like a criminal and yet.

Surely though if they needed more information they would of let me know by now, I find it all very stressful and confusing. They said it was a random check at the beginning x

I was told if the 10 weeks arrive then to ring up and they will flag it up as still unprocessed . But reading through different threads there was somebody who waited 17 weeks so not holding my breath .
No harm ringing tho x

Yes I'll ring monday, I think tax credits renewal department are as confused as me. Why would concentrix not even bother opening my random check? It's just so confusing x

I was told mine was a random check . And when I rang to give my daughters college information I asked had any letters come out or do they need me to send anything in and the operator said if they not asked for anything now doubt they will and just to be patient

10 weeks though? They have had it since week 2. Surely there should be something by now! I hate renewals lol. X

I agree mines 8 and it's frustrating as if ur like me you like to know where u stand and the longer they take they may be overpaying you .
Im waiting till week 10 and will ring again . I suspect my check is on my daughter leaving school and going to college or my nursery fee . But that's not a huge amount

Yes that's how I feel, I don't know what mine could be. I earn less this year than year so I can only think it's that. And my husband claims esa where as he never last year so maybe it's that. I just think it's all wrong the time frame that people are left waiting. X
