How soon did you hear from concentrix that they needed info ?? Mines 9 weeks tomorrow and I've heard nothing .
I just like to know where I stand for the year . And worry they other pay u from April till they sort it x

Tax creds havent said mine have gone to concentrix, they have told me they dont know why it is taking so long.
I have been told it has then hasnt been processed so have contactes my MP as I want it sorted!

Hi I renewed my tax credits on 29th April over the phone. It is 11 weeks today , I have had no letters or request for further info. Each person I speak with on the phone gives me almost an entirely different response each time. I have now given up calling. I am a single person with one child and have claimed for 10 years. My income has not changed in the last 5. I appreciate this maybe a random check etc but just tell me. they just keep saying they do not know why and it is partially captured. I can only wait a response !

11 Weeks here since renewal...finally got told last week it was finalised on the 2nd July and told i should have already had award notice in post...week later still no award notice and have had a payment ( normal amount) go in bank this morning?? i know its not a bank holiday monday so no idea why its gone in 4 days early....i was told on the last phone call my renewal hadn't gone to concentrix but that they had done some of their own checks( no idea what these were as was never asked for any information) and thats why it had took so long...so still here confused as no paperwork, phonecall that said im finalist and payments hitting bank on incorrect day 12 weeks on....think i will ring helpline again today !!

Ok so there is hope lol. They said that no letter was due out to me so they didnt need any info . Its just gone for checks although not sure what they check for as all info should match their computers. Its just annoying. Ive read all sorts of horror stories on here. All my previous years claims have been completed in a week. This is my 1st experience of this.

Mine took 8 weeks and from the day it was finalised my award took exactly two weeks to arrive in the post, dated two weeks before!

I did get small payment in bank 12 days before i received award.

I only got my renewal pack 4 weeks ago (renewed same day online) - so I'm suspecting that I won't actually get a finalised award until, maybe, beginning of September?

By which time, it's almost time to get ready for renewing for 2016/17... :rotfl:
