No no free calls only at weekends although this says a National rate on my bill ? I will question it.

to be honest thought some of the calls were over 30 minutes or more as I was on hold. I have given up calling them now. Its 12 weeks this Wednesday with no renewal or correspondence asking for info so I will leave it in their hands. I was just worried in case I needed it for my daughters student finance claim and didn't want it to hold things up for her.

I wont bother calling at all now as long as it doesn't affect my daughters student finance it can take as long as it wants. Ive waited 12 weeks a few more wont hurt will it ?

No National.calls are.free on my plan. It will.cost.me the same on every day of the week.

Well been 10 weeks since i renewed . no letters for extra infomation recived and just being told not processed as yet .
so i called my MP yesterday who got straight on the case and now i have been given all the information ,
my case went to concentrix but never opened as they have a massive back log - this is for childcare , they apologised and cased now closed due to fact ive already waited 10 weeks and mp contacted them .
my renewal is finally going through today and they seem now to want to go above and behond to help and get it done

so i would recommend if anybody is waiting a long time and not getting anywhere seek help . as mine was just SITTING THERE !!!!

What calls do you get free on a weekend then?

Only local calls are free at the weekends. Nothing else. It doesnt matter what day I ring will.still be charged
