Took your advice and after 12 weeks and 11 different people telling me my renewal wasnt with Concentrix I rang them directly with just my ni number and guess what. It was with them. !!!!!!! They had been passed my case but had never actually acted on it. It was just left with an inhibited stamp on it which was preventing it from being finalised. They had made.an error and never actually sent me any letter so they said they would lift the ban so to speak and my renewal will now be processed automatically in the next 48 hours !!!!! I will believe it when I see it but thank god I called. I will know now for next year an be ready with all my info bank statements bills etc in case they need it next time. Hopefully by this time next week i will have my renewal !!!!

Exactly same as me then Donna . I called today and mine has been finalised . So 48 hours is correct after what they told me too xx

Yep ! Got a call this afternoon from tax credits.to say its been finalised and award has been done. She also gave me a new payment schedule that seems to have gone down by about a ppound lol but not gonna argue over it. Now I have experienced this I will be ready with all info they possibly need as extra. Bank statements bills etc just in case I get checked again. Im just glad its over

Mine are now calling the nursery for His old provider even though he has all the evidence requested, I think it's ridiculous. I'm not bothered about the checks, I'm bothered that I've sent bank statements and also nursery letters yet they still are calling them. I find it highly embarrassing and it doesn't sit well with me.

Is there any reason they do this?

It's sorted hopefully. So they say. Only 14 weeks going on 15. Luckily I'm still being paid.

I renewed my claim on 11th May. Had a query on 25th June and replied. Money in has changed and it's STILL wrong !! Just waiting for latest award letter ! Useless
