Sometimes it helps to have All your info ready.
Other times, just check to see if Concentrix is in play - and prepare a letter for your MP at once - even the call centre staff dislike Concentrix but they weren't involved in the contract. MPs could help get it replaced, or require much higher quality...
If you do not renew (or are not auto renewed), then you will be asked to pay back everything you've had since April, so gruesome though it can be, it's usually worth the hassle.0 -
I did renew on 29th April. Concentrix are not involved. Apparently it is just waiting to be processed.0

I was told past 10 weeks that was just waiting to be processed and no letters sent . No concentrix ... Then got mp involved and my renewal was with them for childcare . But not done as so much of a back log .
So I'd ring concentric just to ask they will tell u from Ni number or ask for help regarding renewal0 -
I tried to ring Concentrix yesterday but they said unless I had a letter or an id ? They couldnt help me. So fed up with it now. Really think 3 months is long enough. I will wait till 13th week then take more action. How do I contact my local MP ? Sorry but never had to contact one before so not sure how.0

I knew who my local MP was but if you google " local mp for xxxxx" whichever town you live they normal have a web page with email and contact number.
it will say what they can help with etc .
I would defo ring them and explain and if they want you to pop on email do so .
when i rang concentrix yesterday it does say they wont deal unless u had a letter but i kept on hold and when a operator came on i said id been waiting 10 weeks no letter had come out and hmrc told me my case was with them .
she spoke to me then and apologised and closed case as it was stuck in there system .
she said it was only to confim my child care amount . which is 70 per week but they base it on 66 as not 10 pounds different as my childcare provider increased fees not long ago0 -
Like many others i am still waiting for my renewal to be finalised.
I have rang them today with a change in child care. The lady in the phone told me that my renewal has not Been done yer but that they taking longer this year and that they have 10 Weeks to process them.i said that i havent had any letters from anyone. She told me not to worry about the renewal !
She didnt say anything about checking the claim. Can a renewal take this long withoht any checks????

a honest advisor told me last week if your told 10 weeks then you are having extra checks but they dont want you knowing what for .
alot of checks apparently can be done in house through there systems .0 -
Well i dont know. I have Been checked before Düring the year and when i tried to update my claim i couldnt do so because it was being checked! So i am not sure what is going in because i think an advisor should tell you if u are being checked and not say not to worry.0

have you asked them if your renewal has gone for extra checks . if its been more then 10 weeks they can normally escalate it to head office .
if i was you ring again ask and say you want it flagging that this hasnt been done in the timescale given
also contact your MP for advise . dont leave it . you could wait forever0 -
Its nine Weeks now and she asked me to give them two more Weeks.
Im just wondering if i get backdated play for my New baby and my New chikdcare Costa. She said she backdated everything on the system but she also said that it will take two Weeks. I was used to get my backdated payments from a New child a child care only a few days after phoning them0
