Tax Credits Renewals - 2015

Sorry your theory isnt right.
I had a red line and mine was not an auto renewal.
I renewed online and i had an investigation with Concentrix.0 -
Just heard from my friend and he renewed online on the 2 June and has today received his new award and final details for 2014/2015. Also have increased his payments.
Not sure what the situation was regarding the red lines but everything seems ok for him.0 -
Mine is now in week 9, going into week 10 next week. It's rather ridiculous. I'm not fussed about the checks as everything is above board but I just like things finalised.
The award for 15/16 is greater so they are underpaying me so hopefully I will be getting this back.0 -

Does anyone know if you are sent paperwork that can be renewed online, if you can ignore that & renew over the phone/by post? I'm assuming so, & I expect I'll fail the online check as I don't have a driving licence or passport. A young man at the bank told me I must have either, as it was an offence not to - can't be right, surely?
I've had my new prescription exemption card last week, but as they can't be issued in large print, there isn't usually a problem with them being reissued automatically.
Well I'm amazed, but for the first time my large print renewal pack has arrived before 30/06 (just) & with no problems :T. This must be what its like for most of you out there - to get paperwork you can actually read & complete yourself :rotfl: I haven't even had to speak to anyone on the helpline this year.
My review date was 06/05 so its taken almost 8 weeks to get to me, but it sounds like a lot of you non-large print people have waited similar times too. Must say the red line probably looks worse in large print though!
I've had all the figures ready for some time now, so was able to renew on-line too, although I couldn't be fully registered as I don't have all the necessary documents needed (darn, I was almost feeling normal for a moment :rotfl:). My employer had provided the correct P60 figure, so everything should go through automatically as it was similar to what I'd estimated at last year's renewal.
Now I'll be waiting for the 8+ weeks till I get my final award notice. So far this year has been the least stressful renewal, so hopefully the system is working well for everyone. And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -

I had a red line, my employer had used correct RTI details, my form has TC603R at the bottom & I was told to reply by 31/07. Does that answer the red line question, or just confuse the issue? And I find that looking back at you gives a better view, a better view...0 -

BB - red line/black line issue just signifies whether it is an auto-renewal or not I believe. Red line is reply required.
