Personally if an advert doesn't have a floor plan it really irritates me.

VIewing went well, lots of admiring noises. Comments about not having to do anything to the flat, can just move straight in etc etc. Few more viewings for them before any decisions are made, but as its the first one we've had, I'm not expecting the world, but fingers crossed anyway!

10 grand less than asking price. 2nd offer 5 grand less which we accepted :beer:

Still early days as shes a first time buyer being helped by her parents. Just hope her bank doesnt throw a spanner in the works.

I emailed the EA to ask what is going on. Will be 4 weeks this week and nothing, which seems slow. I've asked about dual advertising as thinking about going with another EA too but I need to negotiate that with them. Getting fed up!

How long have you got left with your current EA?

Maybe wait until you have finished the minimum term with your EA before listing with another EA as 2 EA's can mean double the payments when your house sells.

Maybe start a thread asking for advice from the wealth of knowledgeable folk on here about your property

Back to waiting for that buyer, which will be the 7th week on Friday this week. Only 3 more weeks until I can drop this EA :j

Thinking my EA is part of the problem as they have 4 houses in my area and none of them are selling, while other EA's have no problem selling.
