    On entering Israel you are now given a small slip of paper rather than a passport stamp, to avoid the issue of other countries not accepting a passport with an Israeli stamp.     Why should this be so stressful......I just want them not to look at my clothes and look at my health and me.

    I'm sure your clothes have no influence other than make you feel good. If you are having a load of tests, wouldn't it be easier to be in a hospital gown?

    GDB having trouble sleeping?

    It's two hours ahead here, so really is morning.

    Observation, DS2 holidaying with us and brought a friend with. They absolutely refuse to put sun cream on each other's back. Laugh at me when I ask why not. Girls would have no problem with this, why is it an issue for boys.

    Offered to put cream on son's back, but after michaels comment about his Swiss girls not sure I should offer to do the friends.

    I think your motives are different, silvercar. You're worried about their wellbeing.

    Boys are silly. I'm pretty sure I'd rather my friend help me than his mum. The embarrassment factor of that would be much higher, surely? Perhaps you should just threaten - see if they man up!

    ( dress does have short sleeves though, incase they get a case of vampirism)
