We have garden lights with LED bulbs, attached to a sensor so they come on at dusk and remain on until morning. The whole lot allegedly only amount to 100w.

I just woke up, thought it was tomorrow morning, then realised the garden's in shade and not sunny so it must still be this evening :)

Really? When did we meet? It was before you went wasn't it?

What is going on with Robert Peston's hair? He looks like a Beatle that's been dragged through a hedge.

I might like it. It's a bit Nigel Slater. It doesn't seem to fit with the severity of everything else about him.

Old home - After waiting most of today we finally got an answer to a question we asked back in Feb!!! Not pleased.

    But exchange tomorrow, complete Monday.

Bit more time to get final stuff out... Including a final harvest of bamboo from back yard - always useful at the lottie! :rotfl: I hope anyway.

Thanks for the vibes for my back. Obviously worked, as when we got the word on exchange etc we went to lottie and I did manage a bit of weeding from my chair.

OH harvested the first lot of garlic and shallots - more to do tomorrow. Also he planted kale where the garlic came out. We still have 2 different garlic and 2 different shallots to harvest. We've given some of today's harvest to neighbours at the plot and neighbours at home. The rest is on the innards of a blowaway as a drying rack on lawn in back garden.

Tomorrow OH bringing more boxes back from old home, then hopefully we'll get to lottie again. He's sailing on the Mersey on Saturday, so Sunday our final chance to finish off at old home, plus I want to get photos from the windows there - great views if it isn't raining.

Me too. Off out with a couple of friends. Dinner somewhere, then going to watch Magic Mike XXL. The first one had a surprisingly good plot (honest). Even if the sequel doesn't I'm sure we'll find something to keep our attention :o
