Google maps seems to show a couple of suggestions.

Try an app called citymapper.
Its first suggestion is thameslink to St Pancras and then another train to Stratford International.
Next option is train to Farringdon (Thameslink again) then circle/ hammersmith/ Metropolitan tube to Liverpool Street followed by a train to Stratford.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Thanks silver, have never tried that app. We would normally use Jub Line which is one train all the way, but engineering works rule that out.
I think that st Pancras then Javelin, which is only six mins, will be quickest. It's only 47mins for the whole journey however it's more expensive. The Javelin is a beautiful train and v quick... but it's also a fiver return, so more expensive. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Thanks Pastures. I had played with Google but didn't like the answers. Another option may be to get off at City Thameslink and walk to St Paul's, not sure I can be bothered with that though. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? The Javelin is not covered on my travel card as I discovered once when that seemed like a good option for getting somewhere. You can do London Overground from West Hampstead but it is quite slow.
Tonight was DD1's leaving mass followed by party - I feel O L DI think....0 -

It's a very short walk!
Near there is one of my favourite pubs, the Viaduct Tavern. If you ask at the bar they'll show you the cellar. It's made from the cells of the old Newgate Prison. Gaol has certainly gotten a lot softer!
If you go there, remember that there were no toilets but the upper cells did have a hole in the floor which connected to the next cell down.0 -

citymapper also tells you the prices for each suggestion. Thameslink+javelin is £9.70 single, the other route I quoted is £5.20, if you could get to the London bus zone, you could do it for £4.40 - though it would take hours.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Just back from the cinema. No air conditioning, which is the only reason I'm a bit over heated. Honest0

Viva, another possibility is getting the overground from West Hampstead (couple of minutes walk between the train and overground stations). Obviously makes more sense if you're on a train that stops there anyway
Edit: Michaels beat me to it0
