Somehow I missed F1 qualifiying yesterday. That never happened before.
Good to see McLaren getting a bit more competitive.0 -
Lottie is such a cutie.
We'll need regular photo updates, kabayiri.
Went to walk along the Thames near Walton yesterday. Certain place some moron left disposable BBQ's strewn around with several pieces of corn on the cob. Of course westie filled his belly before I figured out what was going on.....and puked it all out on the sofa cover later last night. :mad:0 -

Weirdly, so did I. I don't normally miss it either. I will have to toddle off and see what happened to McLaren now. Glad to see Ferrari doing better too. I went to work yesterday so didn't catch it.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Ahhh, that's lucky. It could have been a nasty surgery. Corn cobs are not nice to get lodged in side. Poor westie.

. Poor westie.
:eek:For whatever reason, when I read Wheezy's post, I imagined his dog nibbling on the corn human style. It never dawned on me until I read yours that they eat the whole thing. Nasty and deserving of another scary blue head:eek:Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Febce between our 'land' and next door blew over before they moved in. They know it's theirs. Old neighbour came and propped it from our side and it has been left for over a year.
The other side blew over entirely (so their neighbour's) - but our neighbour is in the process of fixing it. Our side may have some of its supports disappear, soon.
My mum's fence fell down when Ol' Pa Generali was sick. The neighbour decided to move the fence 6" to his side and put up a new one. He asked for nothing in return and the whole thing was very much to his credit.0 -

We're going to do that as we know our neighbours are not in a position to replace the fence, physically or financially. I may go for one a foot higher as the kids can see right into our living room when they're on the trampoline at the moment. And DH wondered what his bonus was going to be used for!Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Tried on new tops in town yesterday....3 sizes smaller than they had been in January and they fitted!
Downside to that is absolutely none of my current clothes fit me anymore......We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Normally Sunday is a day off taxi duty at least for me as I don't do church but it is annual ballet show time of year so I am sitting in hall/theatre with 6 million small people who were looking cute until I saw one of the liquorice all sorts eatings a boogie.
If only I had had more vision when I was younger I would have done ballet. As a male you would be certain to get a big part however talentless (or it would look that way in the tights anyway) and the straight male : female ratio would have been amazingly favourable.I think....0
