Was told by t mobile I wasn't eligible for free charger. Despite ee website says otherwise. I have had a t mobile account for 8 years. I am not happy. Talk about false advertising.

I'm a T-Mobile customer and I got 2 power bars, 1 for each number I have on my account.
It says EE, T-Mobile & Orange customers on their website and their t&c's.

You listed a code to text to 365 for a free power charger. Fails everytime.

Seems to be working for everyone that has applied on the ongoing thread?

Are you an EE Or t mobile customer?

So where are all the "fully charged" replacement Power Bars?

I seem to have joined EE just in time for all the freebies.
The EE free Huawei tablet turned up yesterday.
Watched "Fury" for £1 this week on Wuaki.tv.

Free pen? T-shirt? I need a pair of skiing gloves.

    Ask them why not.
  • I'm an EE landline & broadband (but not mobile) customer so, as per Martin's instructions, I texted JOIN and my landline number to 60005 first thing Thursday morning. In the afternoon I received the reply 'Sorry we can't recognise your landline. Can you resend JOIN & your landline number to 60005 or call us 08000798586.' So I called the freephone number and they checked my details and took my (non EE) mobile number, then said it would take about a week to register me, whereupon I would receive a text from them, after which I would be able to text 'POWER' and the mobile number I gave them to get a code. All a bit complicated but hopefully I will get a code in the end. I shall wait and see.......
