Was told by T-Mobile I am not eligible for a charger even though I ve been with them for 5 years. They say its only for EE customers. What the heck, the website says its for tmobile customers. Help!

Just tried, and got a text back to say text again on 24 June! There's been such high demand that they don't have any at all.

Due to high demand EE have paused the issuing of codes until the end of June while they deal with the backlog after over 1 million requests

I love it being described at a "short" pause.

Given EEs customer numbers they seem to have grossly underestimated demand if they are struggling to cope with requests from less than 5% of them
