My wife has an ancient Nokia 3210 that she still uses on occasion and gets on average a 20p per month bill from Orange

Is this going to allow her to obtain a free charger ?
To start with - it I not a smart phone - so simple txts only
Then there's the plug that the phone charges through
We might just try this - out of interest.....

Well if she has an active EE SIM I would say yes, however the yellow lead from the 'charger' (battery) is a USB to microUSB so it might not fit.

Sent text at 10:57, it's now 11:27. So no response in 30 minutes.

They need to do things differently. You can't have this mad dash every time there's an offer. A lottery perhaps?

For example, you can register as many times as you want, but it costs you 35p per text.

They allocate a limited quantity per day to each EE store according to the size of the store. When you get your code, you are sent the address of the store you have a Power Bar reserved. If you prefer a different store, e.g., near your office, log on and change the reservation.

It might take weeks, but it saves queuing for hours.
  • If I read the t&c's correctly. Clause 2 - free hire for 18 months and then return it or pay for it (currently £5). Seems strange ?.

I sent my text (in capitals) at 9:05am - no response yet. I told a work colleague about the offer, about half hour ago - she texted them and got her code straight away!! Does anyone know if the code is different for each person?
  • Been sending message all morning, reply saying not til 16th, just resent twice an hour ago as have home broadband and payg mobile, still nothing back! Customer loyalty gets me nowhere!:mad::mad:
  • How long does one have to wait for the response code?

My wife and I, both Orange PAYG users, have both texted Power to 365 as directed and no response as yet. How long do I have to wait or what is the problem?
