but others with AI received the letter. and i have taken £1000+ from them in the past;)0

It certainly seems puzzling, but consider yourself lucky planteria! I'm just waiting for the last statement on mine but have already cut over to Amex and will be bouncing those around between me and the DW to maximise whatever bonuses exist over the next couple of years until they are in the same boat.
Good while it lasted, will have to adjust to life at 1.25% (albeit with a bit extra for John Lewis, petrol etc...)0 -
I should have swapped my Amex Plat, fee free, for the £25 one , because it is OH's birthday today, and I was dragged to the jewellers today.Don't ask;;;;;, but, the 5% would have been handy, paid the fee for a few years, and not tiered like the one I have now.Bad planning.:(but others with AI received the letter. and i have taken £1000+ from them in the past;)0 -
I have still not had any letters for both of my Capital one classic extras...0

Well, That's Capone let me know that my CB has been taken off my bill and my final statement will be taken from my bank, 22nd, so I can cancel them both anytime after that.:beer:that is what is expected i believe ffac,

Got my cashback this weekend.
Called them to get it credited to my bank account and to cancel the card right away. The (Indian) call centre rep seemed to have no issue with this. The cashback hasn't yet appeared in my current account but I am hopeful it won't be long... Card goign through the shredder tonight.0
