well a little fish has shown its face , (London Keyholding Limited)

you could write to them asking for a copy of the NTK* , however I don't think they actually did one , just passed your info directly to PCS
    * quoting the PCS reference number
doubtful if a small fry would attempt court , stand your ground.

IF they send you a copy of the NTK , (London Keyholding Limited) please scan and post it , probably full of holes

PS ,working on this now , super windup time , stay calm

the template letter is in the NEWBIES sticky thread, post #1 , by coupon-mad , near the top of this forum

these companies have up to 6 years to chase the driver (if POFA2012 isnt met), so dont assume that its null and void just because they fail to meet pofa deadlines , many dont use pofa and the newbies sticky thread tells you this too

just send the template letter to PCS , with free cert of posting

stop trying to find loopholes to get out of this, start learning the ropes aso you know how to be smarter than they are when dealing with them

lets see how they play it before deciding on the final score, its not even half time yet in this game

update , London Keyholding Limited are the same group as PCS (there emails go to the PCS , greater London keyholdings on
    020 7231 6666 are PCS

having spoken to them , they do issue tickets , however (and this is the cracker) , they hand the car number over to parking collection services , along with there DVLA access to get the info , they have no further dealings full stop.

the company that issued the ticket , did not send you a NTK , as they never printed one , PCS sent you a threatening letter for the full amount , after forgetting to post the NTK

you might want to point this out to the leaseholder , as what they have done is illegal.

I read your post , I cannot agree that its illegal, if so, which law did they break ?

my point is PCS are acting as the back office AND debt collector in this case, as well as being the PPC (so dubious origins and underhand tactics)

the PCS letter is treated as an NTK by the RK and the appeal goes to PCS using the template letter, as keeper (with a copy going to London Keyholder)

if they dont cancel the ticket, and if they refuse to give a popla code, then the OP complains to S CLARK at the BPA that there is a breach of the BPA CoP and adds copies of all paperwork

to do this, the OP needs the paperwork, so rather then bury their head in the sand they still need to get a paper trail going

I agree that its not ethical and may break the BPA CoP , but I fail to see what laws have been broken here ?

Even if there was a contract for parking it can only be with the company named on the signs (London Keyholding Limited) any unpaid parking charge is due to London Keyholding Limited & nobody else.

The NTK must name the creditor i.e. London Keyholding Limited but it does not so the NTK does not satisfy the requirements for establishing keeper liability under POFA 2012.

which is why I said send the template letter to both of them, to cover all bases

Ok. So let me clarify this Enfield Freddy
London Key Holding Ltd does give out tickets to stick on cars but without sending NTK to the vehicle owner, they pass on the details to PCS so LodnonKey's job ends there. And PCS starts doing the first chase hence the management people here said the company who deals with parking control here is PCS rather than London Key?
    And it is illegal operation?

PCS did send me NTK that's the one I've been talking about. I've written the whole content in the previous post.
The one that's signed as 13/03/2015 saying
"We have obtained your details as you were the reg keeper. Parking charge has been issued because your vehicle was involved in breaching the stated terms and conditions of parking........ displayed and agreed to by the driver when your vehicle was parked on private land managed by OUR CLIENT GREATER LONDON KEY HOLDING LTD"

What am I supposed to do now?
