"obviously await other replies , but I would be tempted to email / write to them (not phone)
name of company that issued ticket
location

do not admit to being the driver , say things like I am the registered keeper of vehicle xxxxxx and have received your invoice , etc etc etc , "
they are dett collectors , do a search
YOU need to know the NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE TICKET
would you pay anyone that sent you an invoice?
Ok. I will try and find the company who is issuing the original parking charge tickets in the area.0 -

Yes. The NTK states that the parking charge date is 08/01/2015 and the letter is signed off on the 13/03/2015
It exceeds the 56days set by Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 schedule 4 so I thought I can just reply to this letter stating so and request them to move on.0 -
what area? could be anywhere in the country , the muppets might have read your numberplate wrong , PCS are up north but handle collections for lots of companies .
you do not discuses monies (or the fact that they can do one) until you know the name of the company , the location and IF its an APNR offence , a still of your car0 -

THERE letter to YOU is dated , 13/03/15 , the offence took place on 08/01/15
the parking co will say they wrote to you and you did not reply , , however unless it was an ANPR ticket they would not have to time to contact PCS and ask then to collect.
so you need to know more info on the ticket
company
location
time
WAS IT ANPR,
we might as well go on all night , but until you get that info we are guessing0 -
No. It is at a work place I go to and I had a permit in the glove box (because sometimes we let our clients use our permit and move our car elsewhere) and I forgot to put the permit out on the day. Stupid me.
The location and time of incident is stated on the NTK. And it was a ticket. Other guys on the site said I should just ignore it so I disposed the ticket.
Also the letter says
"Despite a Parking Charge having already been issued, and placed on the screen of your vehicle, or sent to you by post, we have not received payment from the driver. The opportunity to pay at the reduced about has now passed and the full amount is now due."
And they do not mention about NTK sent prior to this so I believe this is the first one.
I was almost tempted to just pay it off but I learnt about 56days of Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule 4 and NTK from PCS said they are working under BPA code of conduct so I thought they cannot chase me anymore if I stated that. But it seems that's not the case so I can try and find out the company who issued the ticket originally.
I should be able to do that by Wednesday hopefully. Thanks.0 -

Oh no there is no stamp on the envelope.
It's prepaid Royal Mail envelope and on the top, it says Private and Confidential. If undelivered please return to:

Oh, there is one more complication! Sorry I've been reading all day and my brain is not functioning well anymore.
The complication is that we found out the permit a group of us have were not valid either anymore which I found out afterwards. The landlord who got us the permit stopped paying for the parking bay from this year without telling us!!!!! We found out because one of us got a ticket after me even though he had the permit on display.
In my case, I forgot to even put up that old permit(which wouldn't have been valid I think) on display anyway but as it was in January already, even if I did remembered to have the permit out, I would have got the ticket I think.0
