I think you may find this is a different PCS to the one mentioned before ,

the one that wrote to the OP was Parking Collection Services, P.O. Box 271, Ashton Under Lyne, OL6 0DL , whereas you list a cleaning group , based in London Address: 3a Horseshoe Close, Oxgate Lane London NW2 7JJ

From the BPA list of Approved Operators March 2015

"Greater London Keyholding Limited http://www.thepcsgroup.co.uk No No No Yes"

They do list car park management under "Our Services" on their website.
  • and they have a completely different name and address
the pcsGROUP are a London cleaning company that offer car parking management in a small way

PARKING COLLECTION SERVICES are a company of debt collectors used by all the pondlife for collecting fake charges they are based in ashton under lyne , they are the same company a dept. collection plus and are owned by a shady foreign sounding geezer

Sorry enfield freddy, I am guilty of skim reading - read PCS in OP and glossed over "(parking collection services)" when I was googling Greater London Keyholding Ltd and BPA AOS Members.
  • ok , no problems , if you google PCS , you will see lots of links cashed , "I got a ticket from "xxx" , I got a ticket from "yyy"

they are the collectors for the lower food chain , that are frightened of court ,

  • YOU need to know the NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE TICKET

would you pay anyone that sent you an invoice?

    Hi Enfield Freddy

So I have some more info. I've gone to the reception of the management team who is managing the whole block here and leasing out the block we are in to our landlord. I asked who they hire to manage the parking control on site and she said PCS is the company so I suppose that's what they are told to tell people?

I've spoken to couple of people and they both said they think it's Greater London Keyholding Ltd. Neither of them had the tickets with them so it's not 100% but I took the picture of the sign on the wall and at the end, it is signed off by Greater London Keyholding Ltd so I think. One of the guys is looking for his ticket to be extra sure.

Now, the contents of the sign
"Warning, controlled parking zone, 24h CCTV in operation

This land is private property and failure to comply with the following may result in a £100 parking charge notice reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days.

    - Disabled badge blah blah
    - park within the parking by lines
    - VALID PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY (so I was in wrong here for sure :( )

Damage to or theft of ......... and so on

In the event that a parking charge notice is issued, Greater London Keyholding limited may be contacting the DVLA for vehicle owner details.

Methods of payment are clearly shown on the parking charge notice, parking charges that are not paid within the given period will be passed to our debt recovery agent where you may incur additional charges.

Service managed by Greater London Keyholding Limited. PO Box 65892, London N7 1BZ. Tel:2027609 0044. Company reg number 729805, Member of BPA"

The NTK letter I received was from PCS as I mentioned and it was for £120 rather than £100 that they say here so PCS as the debt collector, they put £20 on top as an additional charge?

So am I meant to write to Greater London Keyholding Ltd? I wasn't around so I got the actual NTK from PCS a little late but it was signed off on the 13/03/15 so 28days given by them lasts until next Friday I believe.

Hope this information is going to help my situation...

    thank you

send the template letter off to both of them , with free certificate of posting from the P.O.

PCS are acting as the back office (and debt collector) for london key holding, LKH are the PPC here but pcs is the wbsite listed on the BPA AOS list

    Greater London Keyholding Limited

    http://www.thepcsgroup.co.uk

so I suppose as they are the same company one letter sent with free cert of posting will do, to PCS

Sorry for daft question PPC means the company who issued the original parking ticket to stick on the car?

Also could you point me to the right direction to find the template letter you are talking about please? I think I found it somewhere last week when I was doing lots of research but I can't seem to find it.

Also. I received NTK from PCS (the first stage debt collector as now I understand) after the 56days set by Protection of freedoms act 2012 schedule 4. Can I not just say that I received the NTK but as the vehicle owner, I believe I am not liable anymore as the date they signed the letter was on the 13/03/2015 and the incident day as they state on the letter is 08/01/2015. So I request them to stop the chase because I am not giving them the details of the driver? Can i send that to LKH Ltd and PCS? Or that's not the right order to do things and I should send the template letter you mention here?

    Thank you
