Ok so I can use the online link I've just typed in that's found on NTK from PCS? Just paste the template letter there?

For the Proof of Posting, simply take the letter to a POst Office (as opposed to sticking it straight in a pillar box) and ask the person behind the counter for a free proof of posting, and then keep it safe.

I would appeal online, its cheaper and quicker , copy and paste the appeal in , minus the rant part (just after part e) if you wish) and add the pcn number and name and address of the keeper (you , or the person it was addressed to)

if you really want to post the appeal with your details added as keeper and the pcn number too , then print it and put it in an envelope and seal it , then address the envelope with the ashton address

take it to the Post Office and ask for a free certificate of posting

they will scan it , stamp it and issue a receipt, all you pay is the price of the first class stamp

it really is that easy

how do you know the appeal has reached LK , they only do ticketing , do not have staff to do back office and send all paperwork to PCS ,


not very ethical having to do an appeal to a debt collector.

Follow this through as in appeal online through the link you pasted here as Redx suggested? I'm still within 28days since PCS sent me NTK

in which case a complaint goes in to s clark with copies of all paperwork , appeal , plus a scanned copy or picture of the free cert of posting from the PO

its either cancel or popla code time , so dont be deflected by all the "white noise"

I will guarantee they say LK sent a NTK out within the time frame allowed , and there's was a follow up one , timed out.

Sorry I am getting confused with lots of information coming in so the next step is to find the template letter.
Copy and delete extra part just after section 'e' and paste in on online appeal link found on PCS NTK?

But LK told you that they don't send NTK?

Sorry guys, I am getting confused here... Thank you so much for your help though. Otherwise I wouldn't know what to do even after so much reading and mashing up my small brain.

just deal with this for now, ignore the "what ifs"

yes , copy and paste the template letter into notepad on your pc or laptop

just remove the rant paragraph part after e) but leave ALL the rest in

add pcn number from the NTK, the name of the person it was sent to and the address of that person (as keeper) - this may be YOU

and thats it

post it to their online appeal section by copying and pasting and filling in any request for name and address and pcn number, but as KEEPER, not naming the driver at all

then wait for any rejection to come back

if and when you get a rejection , look for a popla code , if there isnt one , complain to s clark at the BPA and enclose copies of all the paperwork, so do some scanning or photos so you are ready

stick to the facts here, lets see how it pans out
