just add the date , pcn number , ref number and print the keeper name to that appeal above , then paste all of it into the box

I have filled the form in, and also filled the date, reference numbers and name and address on the template appeal letter and pasted it in to "reasons for appeal" box in the online form and submitted it.

Maybe I'm being paranoid but the email from them to confirm the receipt of the appeal only says
"Your appeal has been received and will be dealt with in due course."

and does not include any details. I've video recorded the screen to show the date I put on the appeal letter part and me clicking on the submit button but it doesn't show everything that's on the appeal letter.

So do I sit and wait for 35days now?

sit back and await the cancelation or a POPLa code

in your first post you said:

    parking Charge Date is 08//01/2015

    then you said

The complication is that we found out the permit a group of us have were not valid either anymore which I found out afterwards. The landlord who got us the permit stopped paying for the parking bay from this year without telling us!!!!! We found out because one of us got a ticket after me even though he had the permit on display.

so there is no contract in place? and the signage leads to a disbanded company?

I'm a bit paranoid now. I did choose from scroll down option as the vehicle of keeper but their receipt includes nothing so they can say I said I was the driver or something. My video didn't catch the part where it says I'm the vehicle keeper. Although it says so in the appeal letter.

OUR landlord was paying for parking spaces for his tenants i.e. me and my friend and some other people. But he is not paying for the parking spaces anymore, I think other companies renting out offices from the top management are probably using the spaces. Something like that.

just await the refusal or a POPLa code , there are more holes in this than a sieve , they would be "very" foolish to try court

    Thank you Enfield Freddy.

Add to this. The NTK from PCS was asking for £120 although the sign on the wall says it may result in £100 parking charge reduced to £60 if paid within 14days. They never sent me a letter asking for £100. Or I've never received it.

Thanks and I will wait for their response. Thank you all so very much. I would have just ended up paying the invoice if I didn't have such helpful people. Thank you.

since the abolition of clamping some of the lower feeders have tried to become clever , only staying above the law by 1% , as google search picks up on names we now find there sister companies

today we have found another connection with PCS , a week or two ago the SRA let slip that CEL and DEAL were officially the same company.

going back to your workplace , the signage shown does not relate to the company "actually" issuing the tickets Greater London Keyholding Limited does not exist anymore in the status shown (co number check http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//companysearch

you state there number was: 729805 strange , this is SOUTH WALES GLIDING CLUB LIMITED(THE)
    THE GLIDING SITE
    GWERNESNEY

the two 00's at the beginning. Does it make any difference?

Anyway, thanks once again and I will keep you posted once I hear from them cancelling the chase or giving me POPLA code. I haven't got my head around to it yet so I will need to do some more reading on POPLA thing.

Anyway, weird why they don't just renew the sign to say it's PCS rather than PCS sending NTK saying they are doing that for their client LondonKey. I've paid some fines before when I forgot to put up my permit or had to park in the space not allocated to us but nor was it allocated to anybody else so it was a free space. Then I found out that some people were just ignoring it when they got tickets and they weren't receiving any letters either.

Now I've spoken to some guys here and they have received letters before me and apparently one of the guys have received the court letter thing. He was ignoring all the letters. Some of them were parking wherever they want instead of the allocated spaces which I found abusive but anyway...

I've had another ticket a while back at the same time as another tenant here and he received a letter from roughly that period but I haven't. That time the permit was still valid just not displayed. He has already tried landlord even before I asked him the situation. No luck there.
Since my friend is being chased for that, ,my NTK for that time must have probably gone to the old address because my address on DVLA record got changed recently when I learnt that I had to send a V4 form or something to notify them. I just had the address on my driving license changed when I moved mid last year and I thought that was it. So DVLA must have had the old address hence the parking control guys must have got my old address and must have been sending the letters there if they are. Can they chase me somehow for that too?

You forget to display the permit and you swear you won't do it again, and then you do it again. Except, this one that i got NTK for... the permit was invalid anyway by then. Crazy how these companies operate and make it all confusing

the signage looks fake , the trick played by PCS is that you never get a NTK off the company that issued the ticket , you get a letter well after the required time demanding money , and with an appeals process that the issuing company don,t see.

by running late , they miss out the POPLa stage (saving £27) and just threaten you with court.

only the original company can take you to court , and they have admitted that they ticket only , and leave all paperwork to PCS

"one of the guys have received the court letter thing" , interesting , please ask him the name of the company , or is it just another "we might" letter

PCS staying below the radar with the BPA , and allowing other "names" to do the donkey work , in the knowledge that you cannot reply back to them

I see so PCS can never take you to court unless it's the case that PCS is actually issuing the tickets here but the signage and NTK from PCS state otherwise. Phew so that takes a bit of stress off me.

Yes, I heard from those 2 guys I managed to speak to yesterday that another guy (who wasn't there then) has a court letter thing sent to him. I will try and find out the company name and let you know. But they can't really take you court by the sound of it so ignoring all the letters sounds like it will work too?

In my case, I've already submitted the appeal form so gotta go through POPLA thing if they don't drop it I guess but I prefer that and get it sorted than receiving stress making letters.

    Thank you for your help!!!

yep , interesting to see if they send you a POPLa code , the impression I got from KL was that they don't handle anything , so it would be interesting to say the least.

they have spun a web that they thought people could not see thru , however with the help of forums and google search things keep popping up .

the next time you are at work , please can you photo the sign , inc there phone No and Co reg , PM me and I will send you a email address to forward it to

fake advertising is a big noo noo

    cheers
