Actually it's about one thousandth of the time and effort I've put on for over a year answering the questions you can't be bothered to read!0

I cancelled it via virgin.

Instead you agreed with Virgin that they wouldn't take any more money from your account.
It is you who should have instructed your bank to not allow Virgin to take any more money from your bank account.
Your bank appear to now be saying... 'we have an instruction from you to allow Virgin to take whatever they like from your account'.
I think you need to sort this out with Virgin.
But do please ensure that your bank are now instructed to refuse further requests for money from Virgin. (Might be a good idea to review any other redundant Direct Debits that might still be in place.)0 -
I am thinking about taking out the deal with CarPhoneWarehouse. If I do, I plan to write to CarPhoneWarehouse after I get my first bill (then I will know my bill date) and ask them to tell me precisely which bill they want given my individual billing date.... and do it by email so that I have a record of their response. I think CarPhoneWarehouse will be better to deal with than E2Save who seem to have "gone bad" in the last 12 months.
with CPW you dont have to send ur bills back tho ?.. so doing all of the above would be pointless,

You're both wrong. Don't enter into ANY cashback deal unless you establish (and can prove) EXACTLY how it works BEFOREHAND.0

I'm being shafted too, no text message nothing I have been holding for 25 mins no answer0

Texts are history. Shaft back provided you've covered yourself and don't waste time and money trying to get through over the phone (you can't rely on anything they come up with even if you succeed).0

My 6-month sim contract will be ended in this May 2008. So, I was informed by Virgin Mobile to write or call them on or after the contract end in order to swift it to Pay As You Go...Hope this will help0

Quick question...
How do people send their cashback claims?
Mine has to go to the PO Box in Southampton (for CPW) so should I send recorded delivery or special delivery?
Will I stil get a signature for it if its to a PO Box?
