I have spoken with the cashback team too - more times than I care to remember. They change their tune every time, don't do what they say and no longer have any credibility. They change their heart - maybe - today; what about tomorrow? They change everything now faster than a chameleon. Sign up to the t&c, copy them at the time, stick with those and ignore anything else! If they don't pay when they should, send a Letter Before Action and sue. They'll pay soon enough and it will cost them more in money and reputation.0

Thanks
I have still 15 days to go I'll send a copy to the Crewe address. I only hope my original Dunstable claim won't surface and throw their delicate "system" into a spin.
I received a reply the other day, this time my claim was rejected because the bill I sent "did not include all the information we need to process your claim successfully" Funny that, it was the first 2 pages from my bill as requested and they were happy with that the last time. I get the impression they just try it on a see if you complain, I did and the chap I spoke to said it was a mistake and my money would be with me in 14-21 days exactly as they did at 3 months when they wrongly claimed I was late.
Fingers crossed!0 -
I posted three claims. So far 2 have been rejected, I am waiting for the 3rd rejection letter. After a telephone call they admit they were incorrectly rejected and asked me to email copies of the documents I sent in.
One of which was under the new pricematch T&Cs which say I would be charged £10 and they would not make any further payments. They sent all of the documents back and advised me to resend them in.
I wonder if they are just rejecting everything hoping people won't challenge them.0 -
No. However, the IIC seems to have laid down a foundation where they have their fingers on the trigger READY to reject AND has changed all the rules to make that more likely. Get it right by what they're doing at the time and they WILL pay without a problem. However, either you have to ascertain the exact position of the moving target (IIC's favourite game) or shoot true and then threaten to nuc the body if it doesn;t lie down. Despite everything they have never actually rejected any of my claims (and I've had a LOT) although one of the people I look after was told to resend a month later and decided (it was their last claim) to comply. I was told to claim later but refused and so far they have paid. However, the silo doors are open just in case.0

Additionally a Paula Fletcher eMailed me to also confirm that I should submit my April, June, August and October 2007 invoices.
Although April, June and August were processed, today I received a "claim submitted too early" rejection letter for my final October claim!
After bombarding e2Save with eMails and letters, I finally received my final CashBack today wihtout having to submit a further claim. Phew!0 -
That's good - and fairly inevitable. Haven't done themselves (or their reputation) any favours though, have they?0

Got my disputed claim and also my final claim paid so I am now up to date and the 6 month deal is up. Won't be touching E2Save with a bargepole again though!0
