  • I found I had a screenshot/printout of this, please note there was never any confusion over "3 months since connection" and third monthly billl, as per wording demonstrates:

    Your Line Rental Discount
    Your Offer = 6 months £0.00
What appears on your bill = £15.00
How do you claim the discounted line rental?
Send your 3rd and 6th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £45.00 each time.
This will save you £90.00 over the 6 month duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £0.00 per month.

To obtain your discounted line rental, please send back the vouchers from the below link, with the appropriate airtime bill.

  • Why not take it via CPW and get £90 after sending a 4th bill?

Since the 6 month contract is up for renewal at the end of the month has anyone had any luck in getting any offers from Virgin? Like many people I will not touch e2save with a bargepole now, but Virgin are usually ok.

The CPW 6 month free deal at present does appear to be more straight-forward as they state that you send your fourth airtime bill (first received is number 1, etc, etc) to receive £90.

Anyone see any issues with this deal??
  • CPW phoned to say I can't take out another deal until my contract expires on the 27th of Oct. Hope it doesn't expire before then. This deal seems pretty straight forward, just send your bill in Month 3 ( Dec bill) and Month 6 (Mar bill) within 30 days to E2save or 4 bill to CPW in month 4 ( Jan bill ) within 60 days. How hard can that be?

Sent my second and last cash back claim on 15/10/07. Royal Mail tracking tells me it still has not been delivered. I noticed in earlier posts an address in Crewe for redemptions I sent mine to the Dunstable address, have I missed some thing.

Dunstable is closed - and they rely on Royal Mail redirect to Crewe. Given the backlogs, etc. and unreliability of the service at times from experience, I suggested a while back (based on posts on e2save's forum from staff) to send directly to Crewe. I sent mine there a few days ago and it was delivered quickly.
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)

    Thanks
I have still 15 days to go I'll send a copy to the Crewe address. I only hope my original Dunstable claim won't surface and throw their delicate "system" into a spin.
  • I received a letter from e2Save in January apologising for the contradictory claim information on the website stating that as my handset was purchased in November 2006 and this counted as my 1st billable month, I should submit my April, June, August and October bills. Additionally a Paula Fletcher eMailed me to also confirm that I should submit my April, June, August and October 2007 invoices.

Although April, June and August were processed, today I received a "claim submitted too early" rejection letter for my final October claim!

Has anyone not been conned by this company?

"I have spoken to the cashback team and they have advised that any connections made before August 2007, will still need to claim with the bill counted from the month of purchase. If you have received contradictory information regarding this, then please contact our Cashback team who will rectify this for you".
