I also won my court claim and they had to employ a solicitors, so result.
Note: They are still up to usual tricks. Summary in 1 line is: New contracts state Cashback after 4 months of connected, e2save.com myaccount gives an exact period eg 25th march-24th april when its really one month sooner eg 25th feb-24th march. con artists undoubtedly.0 -
I did this, and had my cash back denied, as sent in 2 early. Sent in my next months, and still nothing....E2save_Customer_Service wrote: »As billing cycles change depending on when you purchased your sim only deal please send in the bill which arrives in your third month from purchase. The month you placed your order will be classed as month one..
i.e. Purchased April - Month 3 claim/bill = June
Month 6 claim/bill = September
Purchased May - Month 3 claim/bill = July
Month 6 claim/bill = October
Quentin, Googlewithers1 and espresso I will contact you later today through Private Messages to get further information so I can investigate your claims.
Kind regards

Hi guys, thinking of going for this deal but with Carphone Warehouse instead of e2save...
The CPW deal is the same, just £2.50 less cashback, but you get 60 days to send in the claim not 28... plus you only have to claim once, not twice saving me £4.60 on one less special delivery...
I assume as long as I follow the t&c's that i'll be ok with this and get my moneyback, even if it means starting small claims proceedings?

I am thinking about taking out the deal with CarPhoneWarehouse. If I do, I plan to write to CarPhoneWarehouse after I get my first bill (then I will know my bill date) and ask them to tell me precisely which bill they want given my individual billing date.... and do it by email so that I have a record of their response. I think CarPhoneWarehouse will be better to deal with than E2Save who seem to have "gone bad" in the last 12 months.0 -

Provided you can prove they received the claim don't mess around with them. Send a LBA and if they still don't pay, sue. That's how they prefer people to deal with them nowadays.0

Is there anyone from E2Save still monitoring the Virgin 6m sim deal problems on here?
Our first 6 months went smoothly obtaining all our cash back- then we hit problems with the second deal we were offered. Much too long to go into here, but have tried to email E2Save and am being ignored. Help!
Thanks0 -
I doubt it. Wast of time and space trying to contact them or coming up with an intelligent solution if you do most of the time. Send a LBA and then sue if you've followed the groundrules or let them mess you around forever!0

So they said the 3rd bill was needed, not the 4th,, but it should actually have been the 2nd bill...which they specifically didnt mention.
Makes sense.0
