Appropriate? Disrespectful?

Some of you may remember my previous threads regarding some verbal abuse my now 4 year old daughter received from her fathers partner last year.

Since then we have been in and out of court and due to go back again in 8 weeks. Contact has been taking place and until this weekend just gone, his GF was not allowed any access to my daughter. From this weekend just gone, she was allowed to see her, but not be left alone with her.

Anyway, DD has come home today firstly with a black eye and red/swollen cheek but also to say that she slept in the same bed as her father and his GF.

I dont feel comfortable with this and wondered what others opinions are. Its not so much her father I am bothered about, but the GF who DD has not had any contact with since Aug last year. Its really upset me to the point of breaking down infront of DD.

The only people I have to answer to are my beautiful babies aged 8 and 5

Photos and GP visit to log the injury.

To go from not being allowed contact with the GF to sleeping together seems a step too far, too quickly.

    Back to the social workers.

I have taken a photo and will make a GP appt first thing in the morning - I hadn't thought of that so thank you, especially as another incident last year ended with DD coming home with strangulation marks around her neck as her teenage brother had picked her up via her neck.

I would be calling the police. DD has come home injured with no explanation of the injuries. this is serious. She is obviously at risk at their home - I would be going back to court and asking that she has visits under supervision only.

DD said that her father pushed her to fast on a roundabout and she came off hitting her face. I have not spoken to him as I was at work when he dropped her home (my elder daughter was here to facilitate handover). I have tried to call him twice and have texted him with no response.

then its probably true - but very suspicious under the circumstances. and I don't think its appropriate for DD to be in same bed as a woman who was denied access until recently. It could all be innocent, but, in the circumstances its not very clever of them is it?

I have tried to call again, no answer so have text saying:

*his name*, can you call me please. *dd name* has been injured and I need to speak with you*

I know he wont contact me back, all I can think of doing is sorting GP visit out as suggested and calling CAFCASS in the morning.
