  • Well what was going to be a long day, turned into a very, very long day, as the A road by us was closed down in both directions, due to 2 separate accidents, one on each side, within 200 yards of each other. Road was closed for half the day, people stuck in it for over 2 hrs, which meant loads of diversions through our country lanes, and the 4 journeys I needed to make, which should have been 10 - 15 minutes each, took upto a hour each. So with nothing I could do, i prayed for people in accident, grateful it wasn't me or a loved one, cranked the music up and had a good sing along to myself.

So as we were out for tea tonight, apart from a few dailies, nothing else has got done today, out for a total of 10 hours tomorrow, while DS2 does his bag packing and has a dance lesson, so will do todays list on sunday.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. Hugs to those who want or need, smiles for everyone :)

Morning all. Hope you're ok. Love your attitude to the traffic jam Rubies.

Well I have to confess to not having done a lot of flying this week as the paid stuff has been silly long hours, but our bedroom is done, paperwork is up to date and dailies almost always completed. Decluttering still going on too.

Today I'm planning to walk the dogs and do gardening.

    Have a great day everyone.

Bossy I hope you got your lie in.

Plan is to get some flying done this morning as we are at a neighbours' birthday party this afternoon and at a quiz night this evening.

Kittens are acting like puppies and have chewed the bathroom woven bin to destruction.

Off to clena the bathroom and have a shower.

Still in my pj's but I have eaten a couple of frogs. Still got one that I can't face, but it will happen as it's costing me money.

Wish I'd washed the dishes last night, they took ages just now.

    Right must get moving.

    *sigh*

Flinging in the middle room today.. and stropping at OH over his collection of boxes and plastic bottles in the kitchen and hallway.

Todays second mission.. folding all the clean laundry and getting it put away.

    Morning all

it has been a very busy week.

and I have impetigo - and when I went to the docs she didn't tell me to stay off work so I didn't. We now have 1 case of suspected scarlet fever so just call me Typhoid Mary

    (anyhoo

plan today is to get the house cleaned.

    List

wash car (black car + country roads = yukkiness)
clean bathroom (towels have been boil washed already, once I had been on the Abs for 48 hours)
    clean kitchen
    clean dining room
    clean bedroom
    clean lounge
    clean bathroom
    clean out Benny Bunny

house isn't minging BUT computer is covered with cat fluff - a cat is clearly kipping on the desk while I'm at work!

Second viewing canceled yesterday! Humph! Place was spot loss as well! They want to rearrange for early next week!
So this morning I have unloaded dw, put wm on, done 2 hours of ironing and given all the bathrooms/toilets a deep clean!
Although the place is spotless, I still want to do the jobs off the list that haven't been done as I think it will make it easier next week!

So for the rest of the weekend...

Delete some emails, favourites, blurry photos you choose

Wednesday - Bathroom and airing cupboard
Hoover out inside your airing cupboard and wipe anything that is dusty
Sort out the airing cupboard rehoming anything you had forgotten was in there
Declutter one of your 'products' onto your body/face/hands as appropriate and have HH me time- i keep trying but keep getting disturbed. I tried hiding in ds1s bedroom, but they all came come looking for me! I have no place to call my own! OH is in the same room as the kids and they still come and find me to ask me to do something!
    Another HH on paperwork

Thursday - Bedrooms - you choose which one
    HHI x 2 now
clean a window or two raining here!

Friday - End of week roundup
    Wipe some paintwork
    Wash throws or cushions

    Decluttering
If the weather is dry for you this weekend it's time for an outside declutter
Empty any pots of dead stuff from last summer

Not too much left! Airing cupboard is a big frog as a lot of stuff got dumped in there when I was in my decluttering mode! Nobody has missed it so some of it can go hopefully!
    Enjoy your day all.

Bathroom cleaned and a decent start made on removing limescale. Only to dry my hair and then do the shower room, much easier job.

WM1 of towels done and on the maiden.
