    Morning everyone.

The living room and dailies were done yesterday.

Ozzy seems to be feeling a bit better. Just had his meds and been fed.

I'm at work today then DDs for tea.

Hugs good wishes posi and get well soon vibes to all who need them.

Mils heating appears to have gone off syn and she can't find the instruction books to set the thermostat luckily found a you tube tutorial last night on how to re set it so that's on this weekends list. Found big knickers on sale in tesc0 so that saves me a trip up town for her.
Got a neighbours birthday party tonight and DD2 and partner round tomorrow, DD3 is also supposed to be round with her fella to watch a film at some point and I need to nip over to DD1 to pick a couple more pairs of jeans up that need altering.
Airing cupboard looks much better after yesterdays blitz, and a king sized duvet that was a wedding pressie 30+ years ago went in the bin this morning as it was complete rubbish.

    Hello all,

Didn't feel too good yesterday but managed to keep going through the washing and general dailies.

Same thing today but i also sorted out a pile of papework which is now all in the recycling!

Managed to walk to ds2 school and back so about 3 miles in all, so pleased with myself but now in total agony. OH went mental with me but what can i say its a good way to strengthen the legs and lose weight, i hope.

When OH comes back from work hes putting curtain rail up in the front room and some things in the loft. There are two things i definitely wont do on my own.

Right going to sort the bedroom / office out and hopefully clear the floor a bit before i attempt to hoover the stairs and landing. Toilet and bathrooms are spotless.

Library books decluttered and replaced with new ones for myself, one giant and little legs. Can't beat a bit of terry pratchett to brighten the day.

Quick question - do any of you lovely ladies (gents) have a Dyson DC59 (the cordless one with the docking station)? I'm thinking of upgrading and would like to know what real people think :)
Also want to know if it actually comes apart to be a small hand held.

  • Sorry Wendy I'm still on the dyson DC09 grey and yellow upright model, but I do love my dyson.

Been mostly decluttering today, handbags pockets etc have all been decluttered. Washing is out as its lovely and sunny here. Wind took one of my big terracotta pots when in smashed after being toppled so that's been cleared ready for DHs to dispose of.
Hoping to declutter a box full of mini pom-poms tomorrow DD2 needs to decorate a pair of underpants for partners youngest for book week dress up day. The theme is aliens in underpants, she's thinking deeley boppers and tinsel and pompom covered pants.
Finally got round to using all the codes I'd been saving up of various boxes and packages so all those went in recycling
Just brushed through downstairs so going to run dyson up the stairs and in all upstairs rooms.
