That's a good amount of money, break it down to weekly amount and it's a lot more than you've had for ages.
Let us know how you get on with the HF meals, they're supposed to be very convenient and easy to follow / cook.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Personally MF i think they are blooming overpriced! £30 for 6 meals! I spend less than that a week and buy treats, breakfasts, house products, personal products, puddings and lunches as well as main meals for that amount.
Today after a tremendous amount of rain it is now sunny and I am ironing my last 3 blouses. Some of my online my purchases have arrived and I am so pleased with my new shoes, blouses for the new job. I have bought some lovely stuff at bargain prices! Other than going to New Forest in a few weeks and seeing my old boss to give her her present i am not planning to buy anything except food for the rest of the month. So back to normal.
Right off to do last bit of ironing then will chill in garden. Have a good day all.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
All of those type of boxes are, but for people who are not used to cooking they are deemed to be a good price!
Bargains are always beneficial with new roles. Create the right impression, see what others get away with and adapt the outfits. I dress mine up with jewellery, dress them down with cardigans.
Hope your garden time is relaxing, it's long overdue.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Well that was a bit of a worry, i was accidentally charged by Hello Fresh for the £29.99 free food deal that my insurance organised. I just chatted and they are going to refund me in 3-5 days. I am so glad i keep my paperwork.
I did 2 hours of prep, jogging & cleaned a few mirrors. There are two weeks of prep to do till i go back and then just over a week till payday. New salary only starts from the last week of the month which i am quite excited about.
What a wonderful restful break it has been too. PS reminder to myself no more buying on Fleabay under any circumstances! AT ALL.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
How did HF even have your card details. Call your card company to make sure no continuous payment authority has been set up by them.
Well done for getting more work done and having a holiday. Sounds like a very positive step changing employers!
You don't NEED anything from fleabay. STOP spending for the sake of doing something, go for a walk, tidy up, organise or something instead.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
MF I had to give them my card details when i signed up the offer and then enter a voucher so there was no charge. Today i will cancel the agreement as I am going to try the free food and that's enough for me.
Yes that is true, I am just enjoying buying new clothes and I need to stop now.
I am waiting for my food parcel. Quite exciting to see how the other half live! I have chopped up all my deco calendars from over the past few years and am deciding what i can do with the lovely pics. Possibly framing them and putting them up in the kitchen frames will only be purchased after next payday.
I have paid off £295 towards next month's credit card bill. I will pay the rest from next month's salary currently I owe them another £110! Hence the only travelling i will do now is one visit to Andy in the Forest.
From next month, I will make sure my cc spend is always what is in my current account. When work starts I am only paying for transport and food and will be back to buying only the essentials again and sticking to my financial diary. With the excess money I am hoping to save as much as I can after i have sorted xmas presents. We will see for certain when the wage slip comes in.
It is Tuesday and i have done work prep for about 3 hours. Tomorrow i plan to do some gardening I think. The fence panels need painting and i have to sort many weeds out.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
Plan for today is whenever the sun calms down i have started to trim lavender in front garden to make into lavender bags for all my drawers or in the bedroom to help me sleep. It's cheap and wont cost me anything and it is an easy way to garden in between lesson writing!
I am not weighing myself as it is too scary but i have tried on clothes that didn't fit at start of the holiday and they are starting to fit. I am still not a size 10 but a size 12 now (just, if i dont breathe lol). 2.5 weeks till payday. I did my jogging but later.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
The plan for today is I will walk to town and buy a gift for a nice person at work (£20) and exercise at the same time. It is cloudy which is good as i dont fancy walking in the sun. I am waiting to hear from a marketplace seller about cute lightbulbs but I am not sure if they are for sale. They will look gorgeous upstairs. (£16)Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Hello Skinty how is it up north i hope you are having lots of fun.
My blood sugars were really low so little walking done yesterday or today. Today though, nope I bought some new lights online they are not as bright as my old one's but look beautiful in the room (Cost £20, I also spent another £40 on myself on posh tea, and useful kitchen bits) as you can tell my budget's gone to pot. It was so good to sit on a bus and see other people again.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221
