Hello work is busy and I am so tired i only log on once a week and cannot believe how well everyone is doing. I weighed myself today i am 10 stone, i put one stone on in lockdown. I am now on a diet. lol.
After all the direct debits are out, there is £158 left for food and fun. Work owe me £500, i have no spare money so I am not saving this month and am keeping £200 for Christmas. I am not seeing anyone over Christmas i have been invited to be in bubbles but it is best to be safe. No way am i infecting my parents.

It was so easy when lockdown started to not move around as much as normal, try and fit a little walk in each day and be aware of the treats, the weight will slowly reduce and be less likely to return.

Please plan yourself a Christmas at home, things you've not had time to watch, a nice meal and pamper yourself.

You've worked so hard and must reward yourself 🤗

All is well work is a bit crazy. I am struggling to keep up with the posts and hope i can catch up in the Christmas hols. It is nearly Christmas I have marking but will be so glad to be able to do this at home. I hear many shops are closing,  when they close down how will people spend their weekends? Our lives will change so much.  I will try to spend no money this week so i can do something next weekend. Fingers crossed that it happens the boys and i booked it a whole year ago. We shall see.
