Hello I had an assertive day at work. After seeing who has signed up for the social meal I realised no one friendly would be there. I told the organiser I wouldn't be going and why.:eek:
I'm not paying £40 to sit by people that have stolen my job and don't talk to me. What mug would do that?
I'm going to chill for a bit. Then I will start to fill in my driving licence form. Onwards and upwards people.:jAiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Good for you! Very assertive, I'm proud. I'm such a wimp.....signed up for my work night out and went, even sitting next to/opposite people I'd rather now know.......so just got rather drunk and left as early as was polite0

One of my friends visited last night and bought me some books on driving so I didn't get to fill the form in. But the books look great. I am going to look at them regularly.
I go to work in a bit and am delaying the inevitable.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

I'm just glad to be home. I like my job but don't like the politics of it all. Lodger has paid his rent hurrah and I get paid in a few days. I have hardly spent anything on my credit cards and that is the way I want it to stay.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Steve has been taken to hospital, it's vv serious, he will be there for some time. The hospital has been amazing. Susan is coming down tomorrow morning. I'm going to pray a lot tonight. He was too ill to celebrate his birthday, Christmas and the New Year let's hope for a quick recovery:A.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
