Time to step up to the plate..

Ouch Lilty... I'm got everything crossed it'll be more straightforward for DD. It seems to have resolved itself for now, thank goodness. I've made a note in the diary and keep an eye out.
Money wise, no real news. Another OP off CC1 (& usual payments to the rest) so I'm making good progress. I do have to keep reminding myself that; I keep wishing time away, and have to stop myself. CC1 will be history soon, and then look out the rest !!LBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

Well done you!! Doing so well with the OP's
I have everything crossed for DD too. But rather be sure that you have as many facts as you can have just in case. Everyone has those kind of pains... but you know if it is out of the ordinarygood one on marking it in the diary

Happy Saturday!
School uniform shopping today... And another OP made to CC1 :j :j
At the moment all the accounts are looking good, and potentially there's enough there for another big OP, but I do need to be a bit patient, and wait until Friday when I get the let money. I'm not very good at being patient..
DH and I have had another good discussion about money. They don't happen often, but when they do they tend to be constructive. He's feeling positive too
Work is a bit stressful at the moment, high turnover of staff, and stakeholders are getting restless, but I'm still enjoying it. Had dinner with the MD this week and didn't disgrace myselfI've got interviews next week for some replacements so hoping we've got some good candidates. I'm having some extra coaching from my Bootcamp chap which is really helping me deal with all these extra stresses, and keeping me on the straight and narrow. I only had one G&T last night. One! Unheard of

More back-to-school shopping today. New shoes (£42!!!!!!! ) a new pencil case (£3.50) and bargain of the day, a bag from Accessorise, reduced from £35 to £10.50!! Very happy with that, as is DD
DD also wants her room decorated, which is fine, it does need it...however, trying to get her to make a decision about wallpaper is nigh on impossible. She only wants the chimney breast papered, so 2 rolls will be plenty, and then it's paint. And new curtains. She's wanting a new bed, and new carpet but I've said no to that. Harsh Mummy!
Another OP made to CC1. Hope everyone is ok? Thanks for reading, much appreciated xxLBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

A day off
well, a day off paid work anyway! Took TessDog to the vet for boosters, and she was pretty good. She's a very nervous collie, and so the last couple of times we've had to muzzle her
This time though, she was obviously terrified but the vet was fab, and TessDog even took a couple of biscuits from her afterwards. And I've had a big clear out, and 3 bin bags of clothes and 2 carrier bags of books have left the house!
Another small OP to CC1. If I'm really good at other spending, then I think I can be rid of CC1 in 2 months :T :T but that maybe a bit optimistic... Might be worth trying for anyway!LBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

Shoes are so expensive aren't they. DS has outgrown kids sizes in Cl@rks, so his new ones were £70  I've never paid that much for a pair for me in my life!
Well done on the CC OPs and 2 months...not long to go at all :j
Hope DD makes a decision on wallpaper soon!Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
Still no decision on wallpaper
Payday from the holiday let, and the HMRC savings have had a boost, together with another OP to CC1. 80% paid off now :T :TLBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

Hi Steppie! Do you fancy doing our ebay challenge this month? Perhaps we could run it over the whole month and see how much we can make by 30th? This would help me as I'll be away for a few days mid-month and you probably have a lot going on with all the back-to school shenanigans.
Just low key would be great - it would encourage me to actually do something and make a bit of extra ££££ to put into Christmas fund xxx£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[
