With my current supplier they gave me my expected annual usage
GAS - 33,319 KWH PER YEAR
ELECTRIC - 2,457 KWH PER YEAR
You need to make up your mind.
  • I called https://www.energyhelpline.com and they said that a company called Extra Energy would only charge me £118 per year for Gas and Electric combined. I said, well I don't know anything about this company and I will search to see reviews on them first before switching.

    I call it's half-term somewhere.

Well done, you caught us for five pages. Congratulations.

I did not say call them.....go to their website!

Fill in the details and look at the results.....for your usage Scottish Power comes up cheapest.

All companies will have good and bad reviews, but for everyday you ponder a switch you are paying 25% more than you should.

I agree with Nada666, you have been given more than enough information and help but you do not seem to be acting on it. We are just going round and round in circles. So as far as I am concerned I cannot offer any more guidance.

    Goodbye

OK I am trying to use this website https://www.energyhelpline.com but I can not get past the first page, it keeps saying

Please enter a valid number. When I enter 33319 for my gas?

    This is so difficult.

OK got it working now, onto 2nd page.
  • My current supplier has not updated my metre with the national grid since I switched from Pre-Payment to Dry metres, even though they should have ages ago, I've asked them to do this weeks ago, apparently it is still not done and is preventing me from being able to switch to another company. Is there anything I can do to get it updated with the national grid as it doesn't seem to be happening.
