Just rejoined zog, was impressed first time, only left for a significantly cheaper tariff, but zog paid back my credit very quickly. So when my current contract was up for renewal and zog was only a few quid more than the current supplier it was a easy decision.

I have been with Zog since March 2016 and I have never experienced any problems with them. Just remember to send them a meter reading on the last day of the month so that you get accurate statements.

We moved to Zog from Bulb for gas around 11 months ago. The move was totally smooth, no issues at all.  I like the fact that it is a ‘no frills’, simple offering - i.e. no pushing towards a smart meter I don’t want, a simple web URL to submit readings.  I don’t need anything more than this, and have just agreed a tariff switch from Feb 2021 to their next 1 year fixed tariff. They will still be in the top 3 cheapest for me based on the tools within this site.

More than happy with Zog.

Just coming to the end of a 2 year fix with zog, and about to sign another 2 years..think that says it all?

Just initiated a switch back to Zog after a year with Gulf/Hub.  Comparison sites seem to be using a different (wrong) unit rate for Mercury 12 v44 in London.

been with zog 3-4 years also a few of my relatives and friends....same time period. Never had any issues.....other suppliers should look at zog if they want to do things right

I've just applied to Zog. Got initial email but so far no confirmation of my chosen  tariff type and charges - which also weren't shown in the sign up form.

I was invited to renew in Sept and given a link to their fixed rate tariffs with the option to choose and renew. I received confirmation of my chosen tariff the same day. "Thank you for choosing Zog Energy. Your renewal is now complete and you can look forward to another 12 months of great value energy."
