Saving £825 , that would be two years on Zog for me .

Just renewed with Zog again for another year.Checking my records I joined them in June 2015 and have changed electricity suppliers 3 times since then. On each renewal for myself as a low user ( <6000 kWh ) their prices have always been with £1 a month of the cheapest. Monthly bills based on supplying meter reading take about 2 weeks to generate and are emailed through. All correspondance has been promptly answered. Just a shame they haven't taken up their electricity licence yet.0

Have to agree, been with Zog 2.5 years, never had any problems. Smart smooth operation. Meter reads ,billing & prices all simple to input and understand. Would love them to supply electricity as I've also changed supplier twice in the same period and about to change in a few weeks time when my contract with my current awful supplier ends0 -
There doesn't seem to be much recent feedback regarding Zog. They are currently showing as my cheapest gas supplier but, given the lack of feedback, I'm a little nervous to switch. Anybody got any recent information about their experiences with this company?
Thanks0 -
They have just taken over my supply and i have had no problems. Emails telling me all i need to know, keeping me up to date with the switch etcLBM Debt Total : £48,326.50

I have used Zog in the past and had no problems. I would use them again if they were the cheapest for me.1

I am on my second stint with them, currently since May 2018, Not had to contact them for a while but last year I had built up a large credit and they paid it back within a week of asking and reduced the DD going forward. Usually reply to e-mails within a day - often within a few hours. They rarely get anything wrong so no need to find out how good they are at fixing things ! Simple billing with no fancy web interface, just a simple meter read entry on last day of month and PDF bill e-mailed by 12th. Wish they would start supplying electricity - they got a licence a few years back but haven't used it

Zog came up cheapest for me when the prices fell in the summer, no hesitation in coming back. Nothing changes, they're still as good as ever. You could do far worse.1

We have been with ZOG, for our gas, for about 4 years now. Very happy with the service & price.A relative is also with them and does not have any problems with their quality of service.0
